I initially had a smooth booking process, but from there, my experience took a sharp downturn. Prices kept fluctuating, my questions were rarely answered directly, and they provided no sample photos or design assistance. Lastly, they are pretty unprofessional when confronted and take no responsibility for errors. Despite these issues, we moved forward because we had a non-refundable deposit.
As the wedding approached, communicating and finalizing the designs became unnecessarily stressful. On the wedding day, they arrived over two hours late, and the flowers looked wilted and lifeless. My photographer couldn’t even use the flatlay flowers. There wasn’t a single piece of greenery on the tables plus entire floral arrangements were simply not delivered, and it looked like flowers were just tossed on. The entire setup was a mess.
While I understand one of their cars broke down, they have more than one and should have been prepared. Bottom line: for $8,000 hire true professionals!
They did refund for the pieces completely missing but that still doesn’t fix the mess they made on a day that only happens once…

I cannot shout from the rooftops about how amazing Fleurs Du Soleil is.
I recently got married at Folktale Winery in Carmel Valley and was pointed to Fleurs Du Soleil by the venue and the photographer and I see why (photos attached - not even professional photos and look how amazing the flowers look).
For starters: The staff are INCREDIBLE to work with. Kim, the owner, took over my account briefly after our artist had left and was a gem to work with. She understood exactly what I was looking for when I talked about wanting to just enhance the venue and I never once felt like I was being upcharged or was being sold on something I didn't want. She was very reasonably priced and worked with me to accomodate my budget, not to mention very sweet to chat with.
I was absolutely overwhelmed and shell shocked with how gorgeous our flowers were and felt Fleurs even over delivered on what was contracted. Guests STILL are gushing to me a month later about my flowers!!
One final HUGE shoutout to Hannah, our lead designer that worked with me in the month leading up to the wedding. Not only was she incredibly quick with a reply, but her warm, energetic artistic personality translated into the client experience (which as a bride, was SO needed due to stress in other areas). I let her know I fully trusted her and gave her creative license and WOW SHE BLEW ME AWAY. Hannah just moved away from the Monterey area, but I would highly recommend her and will endorse her work to anyone who asks. She is incredibly talented and a phenomenal human.
Brides - if you want a wonderful team of incredible women, VERY talented florists and a small business that will be fully price transparant, look no further!!

It’s taken me over 2 years to write this review because it makes me so upset every time I think about it. I was a local resident of Monterey and had a small wedding of 17 people total. All I needed was 2 bouquets, 4 boutonnieres and 4 small flower arrangements to hang on the pews at the church. I sent them my Pinterest inspo and just wanted a bouncy bouquet with dahlias and dahlias for the boutonnieres. The only thing I specified multiple times via email and in person was I did not want any roses. My flowers arrived on my wedding day with roses. The boutonnieres were a flower that looked very similar to a rose variety. Not once in the months prior did they tell me dahlias might not be an option for them and that I should have a backup option. I was sick to my stomach. When I called they said “they were too busy to see what went out.” I couldn’t believe a vendor on my wedding day told me they were too busy for me. I was shocked and it was the only thing that went wrong and caused stress on my day. When I eventually asked for a refund they said “if I so feel entitled” to get one they would refund for one of the bouquets and that was it. Would never recommend this florist for a wedding.

I hired this florist on the recommendation of my wedding coordinator and booked them many months in advance. I had a hard time getting in touch with the person that had my account starting 2 months out when I was trying to confirm and add additional corsages I was ordering. In addition I started to get worried because they called me twice thinking that I was the wedding coordinator. They seemed disorganized but I wasn’t prepared for the bouquet they made for my wedding day in early July. The Bridal bouquet was nothing like I ordered, not the proper shape or that it was supposed to be a mostly green bouquet. It really was ugly and sparse, not my vibe at all and not wrapped in raffia. I was so upset on my wedding day and my friends had to find flowers and greens that were used elsewhere to cobble together a bouquet. That’s how low quality the work was. I called the business after the wedding, first explaining the situation to the staff, and then the owner after I called back a couple times to get a hold of her. I wanted to give the owner a chance to make things right. She was dismissive, defensive and rude. I sent a photo of the bridal bouquet and showed that it did not look anything like the inspiration pics and she said she’ll call me back later and I never heard from her. So bottom line this florist is not worth your money. I suspect they have some staffing or management issues. Anyway that incident was so upsetting I want to save you from the heartache on your wedding day.

Fleurs de Soleil did a beautiful job for our Memorial service in Monterey. We came from out of town and we were happy that the arrangement was even more beautiful in person than how it appeared online. The flowers had extraordinary colors and were expertly arranged.

Fleurs du Soleil Florists surpassed expectations with their floral artistry. The arrangements were breathtaking, showcasing a keen eye for design and fresh, high-quality blooms. The staff's passion for their craft shone through, as they helped me select the perfect arrangement for my occasion. However, pricing leaned towards the higher end, which might be a consideration for some. Despite this, the exquisite beauty and personalized service of Fleurs du Soleil make it an excellent choice for those seeking elegant and memorable floral arrangements.

Fleurs du Soleil made the most beautiful, unique and stunning flowers for our wedding in Big Sur this August! We were on quite the budget, and while staying within our price range, the bouquets they made truly exceeded our expectations. I feel like they completely understood the vision and look I was going for. I had no idea how they would turn out, but when they arrived I was blown away. Everything was fresh, it looked wild and organic, the colors went beautifully with the blue dresses and decorations. I've never seen such beautiful flowers and arrangements. The loose florals and stems they gave us to decorate with on our own were perfect as well and looked perfect on our table and around the venue. I am so happy I found Fleurs du Soleil and was able to work with them. Fleurs du Soleil made my wedding floral dreams come true and I am extremely thankful!

We requested an arrangement for a Memorial service but did not except all the flowers to be dead as well! Horrible and ugly arrangement. And way over priced. So sad. We didn’t even want to bring it to the church.

I ordered flowers from this shop for Mother’s Day. It’s obviously more expensive than using an online alternative (The Bouqs, etc.), but I just loved the flowers they had, the arrangements on their site, and I really wanted my mom to receive something she didn’t have to arrange and put in a vase herself. I called the store and someone immediately answered, willing to talk me through the differences between all the arrangements on the site. Certain flowers would be out of season, so they talked me through possible alternatives. It was really helpful and genuine, so I placed and order and patiently waited. My mom and I were blown away. The delivery was seamless, the arrangement was perfect, and my mom said the flowers looked stunning and as if they’d been picked that day. The attention to detail is so special, it was so lovely to be able to do something this wonderful for such an important occasion. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I wanted to say thank you for helping me do this for her! I’m sure this will be the first of many arrangements.

I can't sing their praises enough!! I worked with Kim & Meghan for our wedding florals in October 2022 and they worked with our budget and executed our vision perfectly! Everything from the color palette, details on the tables - they have such a keen eye for floral and we were so happy with the bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages. We got a ton of compliments on the arrangements and while we already knew their work is incredible and speaks for itself, it was so great to hear that our guests loved it all, too! Kim & Meghan, we can't thank you enough for your professionalism and bringing our vision to life exactly how we envisioned it! We highly recommend Fleurs Du Soleil for all of your floral needs!!!

So I brought my gf up here for a late valentines celebration. Wanted to surprise her with a dozen red roses but spruced up with multiple other pink/purple flowers within. Got to the room, which they were delivered before we got there….and NO red roses at all, and NOT even a dozen of them. Although the bouquet looked nice, it looked more like something someone would send for a funeral, and not what I had explained I wanted or was charged for.
