I paid to use their workstation scam. I simply needed to print, sign, and then re-scan a document. I should have been able to accomplish that in 90 seconds. Instead, after paying almost a dollar a page to print legal sized paper, I attempted to begin scanning and the scanner didn’t work. It wouldn’t even power on. Waste of time and money. It’s no wonder you never, ever see people using these workstations. Laughably bad service.

We needed a quick last minute print job (a poster and a couple of cards). Rajeev was delightful, smiley and willing to help. He showed us a preview and printed it on the spot! he even helped us cutting the cards from the letter page! Merry Christmas Rajeev :)

Called to get a quote to specific measurement for a package to return a product. The woman on the phone went to check her boxes and gave me a quote. I thanked her and she said "no problem, see you In a few minutes". I went in store to carry out the packaging and return. In store, the Assistant Manager Kramisha, told me they didn't have the packaging available. I asked if she was certain because the woman I spoke with in the phone said you did. Kramisha refused to check for the box and told me she's already packing so many things and won't check for it. It would seem that customer service isn't important at this location. What a waste of my gas and time!

Rarely using this company, what happened to drop in to print a few papers and documents. Was able to get help within five minutes of waiting, which was completely fine.Was not aware of the procedure of printing documents off of an email or handheld device. A code must be entered, and emails sent before printing.All in all customer service was horrible and it didn't seem like they cared about their customers

Robert and Jeannette are so great. They were very helpful with a very large and heavy package. Of course once once I got there I realized I had printed out the wrong label. They helped with that as well! Really couldn't have asked for better service.

As others have said you can't reuse FedEx envelopes because they're for certain things- they will always try and make you buy a new one. It's a waste and annoying. Try to go anywhere else if you can help it.

Just dropped off a package for a merchant return. The merchant emailed me a return label but offered no instructions beyond drop the item at a flFedEx with the preload label. I placed the item in a small FedEx box and took it to this location for shipping. I was informed that the "white" boxes could only be used for express shipments not ground. Only "brown" boxes could be used for ground shipments. And if I wanted to use a brown box, I would have to pay for it. Only Express boxes are free. The clerk gave me a pass this time. Ok. But nowhere is is posted that they now color code boxes for shipment. Where's the written customer disclosures? The cost of shipping packages has increased. Ok. But shouldn't the cost of packaging be included in the shipment price along with everything else like labor, fuel, etc. They are charging more and passing it onto their customers. Go to the U.S. Post Office. The service is good and they have one rate shipping that includes the box in the price. I also witnessed a customer ask for his order that was due at noon. It was 2 pm. Order was half done but no one notified him. FedEx is not your father's Kinkos anymore.
