2018/2019 - Great people, reliable time frame, professional work, top quality, fair price!!! What more do you want! I had them replace a 2nd floor window in Monterey. Job looks fantastic and I can't thank you enough! I will definitely recommend this business to everyone....thank you again!!!UPDATE: April 2023 - Chris had two of his crew come out to my house because I had a skylight blow off in the recent storms! It shattered in the backyard but the frame was salvageable, just the glass was broken. They had a new glass put in, and installed it with no problems. The website said OPEN until 4:30. I drove there to make a purchase and found the door locked. I called and left a message. No one ever called back. Completely unprofessional and disrespectable.

Chris and his team did a nice job replacing some jalousie windows with custom-fit casement windows. They made sure the new windows and trim matched the existing style, so that they fit very well with the original design.

Recent transplant to the area, and needed some new windows, screens, and screen door. Chose to support a local business, and sure glad i did. First Rob came, really professional w/ a hipster vibe, took the measurements, then, he and Dennis, easy going guy, did the installation few weeks later. My PoC, Chris ( owner?) stayed in touch w me from beginning to end, and responded to calls, 1-2 days later. After the install, i called him with some questions of " something doesn't look right", he made time to stop by, right away, personally, to check out what the issues were, and immediately corrected/ addressed issues and my questions. Shauna is the customer service liaison, and she's on top of things, too. I strongly recommend this business for all of your window/ custom glass needs.

Called yesterday about a problem I had with my heavy 1/2" tall glass shower door which another company installed. The other company wouldn't respond to my calls about the door sagging. It kept hitting the opposing glass wall. It was custom designed to swing in and out but it was complicated by the glass being cut on an angle. Someone had posted on NextDoor about a similar issue so I decided to call. Chris called me back within a day and had Dennis & Rob out within a couple hours. They did the job professionally and I had 100% trust in them. It's a really heavy tall door but they fixed it precisely so the door swings both ways as originally designed. They noticed my shower door handle was alittle loose and even fixed that too! I was so impressed with Dennis & Rob! I've included pictures to show the tall heavy shower door with the unique angle.

Very good people and very fair prices! Dana and Jeremiah came to my house and I thought I was just going to get a bid but Dana said he thought he could fix the problem on the spot. Before starting he gave me a price, and after some work and adjustments they were able to make my sliders work much better again. Highly recommend! Thanks Chris, Dana and Jeremiah!

I made an appt. and no one showed up. When I called their published number it had a recording on it asking for my code so I knew it was someone’s cell. There was no way to leave a message or text. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
