Edit: I always think pharmacy is 24 hours probably because we had one in sol cal and that's what I grew up with. This isn't 24 hours but closing pharm down during the day is really inconvenient. How much money can you really be saving?
You advertise 24 hour pharmacy but you're not 24 hours. You're 23.5 hours and I can't tell you how many times I have to come back. It's extremely frustrating.
The worst part is when you accidentally come in at 128 (they close at 130 for lunch) and Diana gives everyone attitude. Totally unacceptable. We don't have to use you guys, there's other places. Customer service matters.

Dear CVS great job having stuff I need. I got protien bars and I got gardedos. And I got sun screen. And they had so much more?. I would love to see more baby aquaphors next time. But I understand it's hard keeping them stocked because they are so popular.

Check out the expiration date when you buy something to eat.

There are a couple employees that need to be fired there. Some in the pharmacy and some in the front register. They try to argue with people about the points awarded and also try to deny the usage of points for purchases. They also are trying to ignore coupons. Check your cameras because I watched a gentlemen get robbed from your self service station and your register employee say he won't help them because it's apparently different companies that run the self service so he was robbed money when he asked for cash back.

I wish I could give zero stars. I called asking if they had a prescription I need to you know, stay alive, since my usual CVS is having trouble getting it. They did have it but the extremely rude woman said, "Ugh you need to call your doctor and issue a new prescription or else I can't transfer the prescription." When I started to ask about that process she just hung up the phone. I wasn't about to go through the whole prompt just to tell her she's a horrible human being who needs to take her job seriously-- people's lives depend on medications. I work with the public-- it can be difficult. Which is why I'm always nice to customer service folks. This woman shouldn't interact with other humans.

CVS is a great store so long as you download the app and clip coupons before visiting. They have great coupons and deals for Care members, and if you pay 5 a month to be in the club you get 10 a month in free spend, which is awesome. You also get credits for filling prescriptions on your Care membership, which compounds the savings! Some staff could be friendlier but I've never had a real issue. And the day after a holiday all themed items are half off or better, which rocks my socks!

After hours and multiple attempts and being told by pharmacists (plural) they ordered and had the medication, they did not. Multiple unhelpful and rude staff at the pharmacy. Very not understanding. I'm understanding you wish to go home and not do work but I get off and only have the last hour of your shift to get my medication since I work every other hour.

CVS needs to make the parking lot just for customers, not tourists going to Cannery Row. We drove around the lot/block 4 times JUST to pick up prescriptions. I couldn't get my medication because there was no parking!!! Unacceptable.

This store has abysmal management. The very atmosphere is toxic. There is zero communication between management and staff. They change pharmacy hours frequently but don't notify customers. Pharmacy tech training is zero. Besides all this, they don't monitor their parking lot and it's frequently full of tourist parking so I cannot park.

I'm giving 2 stars for the friendly workers. It seems like getting a medication is always a hassle or a two visit ordeal. They say it's ready but I then have to wait 30 minutes. They text they don't have medicine and I am told they always have it. Today I needed a medicine that I lost but they made no attempt to help me. I got a text that I wasn't up for refill. Duh! I just had told her that. Again a two visit day and I had to pay cash because they didn't bother to handle it during the day when I could call my doctor. The place is a mess. Nice staff!

Shelf sale prices deceptive. Extra Buck Offers too complicated. Shelf prices should reflect out the door price and not require follow up purchases.

Publicly traded companies are brilliant at allocating just enough service to be an inch better than the local competition. Fortunately for the CVS on Lighthouse in Monterey, the local competition is abysmal. CVS even closes their pharmacy for an hour in the middle of the afternoon - aren't they a pharmacy first and foremost? Sometimes while waiting in line I doze off, and when I come to, I think I'm at the DMV. The least they could do is keep Cannery Row tourists from parking in their rather large lot. There's currently a broken down car in the lot that's been there for months. Thank goodness the 76 station across the street is kind enough to let me park when the CVS lot is full of vacationers.
