Dean from the Marina office, was so very helpful! His follow-up was an answer to prayer.
He was engaged, and knowledgeable in troubleshooting with me over the phone. (And Derek at the Citrus Heights shop, was a huge help with my initial set up and fittings.) What a tremendous support these guys have been, in helping me get settled into therapy. Thanks guys!

Received multiple text messages asking me to call to set up an appointment with CPAP. The numbers they gave me to call didn't work. Finally called them using website info - the person who answered said no , no record of any appointments with CPAP. OK, then who is my appointment with? Long pause. Ah, we think it's with your doctor; you probably need to talk to them. These bozos are utterly incompetent.

Problems from the very start. They called multiple times asking for my new insurance number. I gave it to the lady multiple times. She barely spoke English. After about 5 different occasions where i gave her the number I just gave up and they spam called me and left me an unbelievable amount of voicemails. Fast forward to my next doctor's appointment i asked for a different supply company but he suggested to give them another chance. I got the email of juan quiroz and dealt with him for the resupplies which went relatively smooth. When i got my new machine i was told by Katherine i could exchange unopened doors l supplies but it might have to be done incrementally. I was fine with that. She stopped responding to my emails. So a month or so later i email him and he's just like oh she hadn't worked for the company for some time so basicLly that exchange isn't going to happen. The didn't even care about customers emailing someone who didn't work there. Seems like a lack of integrity and this place will definitely give you a headache. I'm looking elsewhere and so should youEven they're reply is a straight up lie.Juan Quiriz wrote "The rest we can take off your hands and put in our donation bin if you do not want them" so contrary to their reply their more than happy to take them and distribute them, just not live up to their word and exchange them. Pretty obvious why they have so many bad reviews
