I've done a lot of business with Carpets and Floors over the past 19 years. I've been a licensed contractor in California for over 25 yrs and I've worked with Dan Jones, the owner, and he has always been there for me. I've asked him many times to install flooring with little warning and within a very narrow time frame. I'm also very appreciative for Amanda's help with her expertise of the many flooring choices in there incredibe showroom.Thanks to all of you for your excellent work and commitment to the highest level of customer service. I forgot to thank Josh for his help distributing all the products back there in the warehouse.

This business was recommended to me and I am so glad I followed the recommendation. Very pleasant experience all around. I took my time with samples, compared their bid to another local dealer and once I made my decision it followed very quickly. Their crew is very pleasant and accommodating. The job they did is beautiful. I enjoy my new floors so much and have no regrets whatsoever. It could not have turned out better and I will definitely use their business again and recommend it to everyone. I need to add that Daryl and Felix as well as the whole crew were wonderful.

This is our second home that this company has carpeted and I couldn't be more pleased with Amanda's efficiency and thoroughness and the prompt and tidy installation done by Jeremy and Brandon. Everything arrived on time and was installed in good order. I always go into the store wondering what I want, give Amanda a general idea, and she gives me answers promptly, showing me samples and offering different approaches without being overwhelming. It is easy to work with the staff here and they bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want and what is going to make your home lovely and you, the customer happy. I am delighted to recommend this business.

Consistently the best source for high quality wool products, expert custom work and top in service and professionalism. Amanda always works hard to solve problems and get the best available materials for the job. Josh is a craftsman and does an outstanding job with custom requests and best installation methods. His work is superb. For wall to wall, runners or bound area rugs we have relied on Carpets and Floors for twenty years. Best by far.

The full 5 star rating from other customers isn't a surprise with this company. I couldn't agree more with all of their comments and reviews.
Amanda was my flooring expert, she sent a nice man by the name of Josh out to measure and bring me commercial carpet samples within days of my initial call.
I was given many great options to choose from for my restaurant and am so thrilled with our choice! I needed a heavy duty commercial grade carpet used for high traffic. Our existing flooring was old worn dark blue carpet that had to go!
Once we picked the style and color: LOUD, Amanda got the ball rolling in no time and once the carpet arrived, she sent out our installer.
Felix was the professional she sent to handle the installation and I've never had a better experience.
The floors are a night and day difference and we are still getting compliments of how much better our place looks.
Felix was amazing. He worked really hard to get the job done for us in a timely manner and I would use him again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, Carpets and Floors will be my go-to for all of my commercial and personal flooring needs.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Very helpful advice that saved us a lot of trouble. End result looked great. Installers were strong problem-solvers and earnest about their attention to detail and quality. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable. Have used them twice already.

Amanda, Jeremy and the tile guy made it a five star rating. Amanda's wisdom and artistic sense and energy was so helpful. Jeremy did our carpet and was amazingly hard working, professional and kind. He has a high standard. He used a clean top surface to lay out the top drawer carpet for cutting, then worked shoeless to keep it such. The older lady who works there I would stay away from.

My recent experience at Carpets and Floors could not have been better. Darryl Dawson helped me with a rug pad and it works great with our rug. I would defiantly go back again. It looks like they have a great selection of rugs, carpets and floors and a friendly staff.
