We had a mishap with the Avis agency in San Francisco (they imposed an electric vehicle on us because there were no thermal vehicles in our range in stock even though we had reserved a thermal vehicle 1 year in advance and they did not want us upgraded to thermal)
We went to the Monterey agency, and they kindly took us back to the electric (which is unmanageable for a road trip of more than 2000 miles) and we upgraded for free to a thermal SUV in view of our distress.
A big thank you once again, it saved our road trip”

“Let me tell you, I would give 6 stars if I could. My mother had a issue with her rental car from Dollar Rental, and no one, I mean NO ONE would help or provide advice or assistance. We called everywhere and they either led us in circles, or just didn't have a car available.
That was until I talked with Anita from Hertz at the Monterey Airport. She was sympathetic to our issue and took it upon herself to try and get us another car my mom could use. Magically, she got us a car and she was so kind during the entire process.
Anita, if you're reading this, you are genuinely kind. helpful, and sweet. Thank you so much for your help. You were the reason my mother was able to travel safely.
