If you're going to drive around town in a van with your company advertised on the side maybe drive like a decent human being; don't weave through traffic and cut off other drivers. Basic.

I was really nervous about detailing my interior because I have white cloth seats, but I decided to take a leap of faith and they did an AMAZING job. They were fast but efficient with reasonable prices, and I loved that they were mobile so I could get work done at home while they worked in my driveway. I had my white cloth seats for 5 years and had paw prints and dirt stains all over it from 2 big dogs, not to mention a really old OIL stain in my seat from some food, but they even got that out! A 5 year old OIL STAIN!!! I tried so many home remedies when that stain first happened and 5 years later they were able to make it look brand new. Like... Completely gone. Not even slight residual. They went above and beyond- I only asked for seat shampoo but they were kind enough to give the rest of my car a light wipedown and even do the mats which they absolutely didn't have to do and now I'm afraid of even stepping into my car because it looks so nice. Will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys!

Abad was courteous & efficient on the phone. Checked my Camry & gave a fair estimate. Crew arrived on time- These guys cleaned the grungy interior to like new. The paint with embedded grime shone like a show car after their long hard work. Bright Star has a great menu of fair priced services like maintenance wash and headlight restoration. Highly recommended.

I have called these folks twice now and have been blown away at how great the car looks afterwards. The second time the front was covered in bugs, and they said no problem, they'd take care of it. Sure enough, it looks just like new. Highly recommended.

Bright Star came to our house to detail our Jeep that was exceptionally dirty on the inside with dog hair and sand. We wanted to get it really clean to sell and they made it immaculate! Well worth the money!

Unfortunately I've had bad experiences mainly with the person who schedules the services. No communication. You never know if they'll show up. He doesn't reply to texts or calls back.

We really like Bright Star. They are really busy which tells you they're great. Schedule at least a week in advance and we recommend inside and out detailing. They do a nice job.

I called probably four different detail shops I needed a mobile detailer he came by looked at the car very reasonable price and was there the next day got it nicer than it's looked since it's been painted

I have used this service twice during the pandemic. My car looked brand new after each time. I will never go anywhere else again. They do such a better job than el estero for the same price and they come to your frickin house. I mean is there literally anything better. They are officially my go to car detailer, impress me every time!
