I went to the brow bar and kristen knows eyebrows. And she was really friendly with me and I saw that she was very polite to all the customers who came before me. I’m glad that benefit Monterey has a very good customer service and felt like my own. I’m pretty sure Im coming back for my eyebrow do when Kristen is there love her and they way she talks to me and all of the people around her . Thank you for making my day perfectly good

I came to the Brow Bar in Monterey. Kristen was training Tatiana and they both did an amazing job at telling me what they were doing to my brows step by step. You should definitely come and get your brows done.

Andria is the BEST at brows. If you don't get your brows done here then L on you. Also Kristin's customer service is amazing. I can only hope a higher up gives them praise for such great work. Speaking as a manager myself

Kristen was amazing! I've never had my brows done before and she walked me through it like a pro! She also answered a lot of my makeup questions and made me feel welcomed! I'm new to the world of beauty so this was awesome! Definitely coming back!
