I’m very impressed with this jeweler. I called as I was going to be in the area at the beginning of his lunch. He stayed open for me. He then gave me very honest feedback about the repair I needed which cost him money in the long run. I am so impressed with his honest feedback, I will be returning for any future jewelry needs.

Love love love this place. Jaime is a very kind, professional, well, professional ? he finished work earlier than expected, and did a better job than I thought could be done. I just broke a prong on my ring so am coming back on May 8 after their renovations to have him see what can be done.

I was searching for a while for a jeweler that can do repairs and alterations on site and found this place on my way to the hotel across the street. I didn't have time to stop by that day and thought I'd like to get some feedback from previous customers first before calling and so I yelped it. I know it's usually the other way around. :) Pleased with the Yelp reviews, I called and agreed to come and bring my rings. Jaime (the jeweler and owner) was busy with a bunch of repair/alteration orders so my rings took a few days to get resized but it was well worth the wait! They came out perfect! The new size was comfortable and much needed, the rings were sparkly clean and looked like new! The Bench Jewelry also has beautiful items for sale. I didn't get to browse much but hoping to come back soon.

I loved my experience here. Super inexpensive sizing on a ring with a 2 day turn around. Zales wanted 4 times the amount with a 2 week wait. Thank you so much Jaime!!!

I had lost a diamond on my wedding band and I went here to get the diamond replaced plus get 3 rings re-sized. I cannot even tell by looking that the rings were resized and the perfect diamond was chosen as it matches the others on the ring perfectly! Totally recommend this jeweler!

I lost a diamond out of my wedding band while we were on vacation. I was absolutely devastated. I found this jeweler and not only did he replace my diamond he did a little extra work on my band to secure the remaining diamonds. My ring looks spectacular and the jeweler educated us on what had happened and what needed to be done ensure the diamonds were secure. He also cleaned my ring - absolutely incredible service, workmanship !!!!!!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Just wish it was in San Diego.
