I came into the store because of the $4.95 deal knowing what I wanted already, I was greeted at the door by a pleasant associate :) I had both my babies with me so I had to be quick lol but what made this visit special was a because the cashier gave her hand sanitizer that she was wearing to my toddler it drew his attention because it was wearing a gingerbread cookie man sleeve :) that was so sweet of her, thank you

A good store with lots of good soaps and scents for the home. I love their Wallflowers as they put out a lot of potent, wonderful smells for my hkuse which makes it even nicer. Prices always tend to be an issue though, so I'd reccommend waiting for bug sales so you get good deals.

I ordered about 20 candles from the store. Five of them showed up, shattered, glass everywhere ended up cutting our fingers when we opened the box. These were purchased for my sons for Christmas. They came in to exchange the shattered and broken Christmas gifts that the store sent to our home with zero padding and they were told they couldn't return them or exchange them. I had to send the email for them to be able to do anything. At the end of the day and over an hour of trying to exchange the Christmas gifts, they refunded my credit card and didn't even let them exchange the candles. Unbelievably probably the worst customer service in the mall. The store has single-handedly made it to where I will never order anything from this company again. Terrible customer service, and terrible policies.

Bath and body works is one of my favorite sides around. This location just Assad wifi so there is no longer a problem getting service while shopping there. The store is clean and the staff are very helpful. I prob go every week

Not sure why the store hours say the store closes at 8pm but every time I try to stop afterwork at 7:40 or so the doors are always locked. If you are going to close early why not change the closing time so people aren’t wasting trips?

Bath & Body Works isn’t only an affordable place to get colognes, perfumes , body and facial lotions or even candles . It’s always pack with customers because of their unbeatable daily prices where the sales could reach up to 80% off its Original price. Their staff always welcoming and periodically offer you assistance. The pictures identifies their sale and imagine this is an everyday. Some employees offered me help and sure I was helped and updated with their existing Angel were outstanding and helpful .. highly recommend this place for quality and affordability instead of buying an expensive fragrance and end up paying a hefty price only for the name. I definitely recommend bath & body works … try it before you buy it …

I get in trouble here. Trouble as in, can't stop smelling everything and buying far more candles than I need. Lotions, body wash, hand sanitizer cuz oh, they are so cute and smell pretty. Sheesh! Love it all!
