This is a great location. Very clean and modern inside with extremely helpful staff. I needed to do a Domestic Wire and was in and out in 45 minutes. There is security on site and several ATMs so there's never a line. Nice big parking lot as well.

Worst customer service. Needed a simple letter verifying my account. Manager wouldn't even talk to me. Was told they can't write letters and must do on line and it would take 7-10 days. In other words - don't bother me. I've been a customer since 1979!

Juan C. Huerta is in my opinion the worst bank manager I’ve ever dealt with. I waited 30 min to talk to a representative while I watched him chat with people, when I asked him if he could help us he laughed and said you should have made an appointment.

Beyond any shadow of a doubt Bank of America has the worst customer service on the face of the planet! They do not care about you one bit. Do banking with them at your own risk guarantee they will leave you disappointed

B of A has the worst customer service of all the banks , most branches are closed down and try and find one open on saturdays. Nobody answers the phone or can tell you updated hours ? Are they going under ?

Bank of America is the most deplorable bank I have experienced anywhere in world. What is truly disgusting is that all the branches are closed and people have to go to the horrible Seaside branch.As for this particular branch the staff are snobby and stuck up. Very unfriendly and it's been that way for many years.I don't trust this financial institution and closed all my accounts. I am now trying to help my Mother close out her accounts and go elsewhere. Bank of America is what I consider a shitty bank!!!

It's seems weird that the bank manager can ask you for whole details and create a bank account so you could withdraw money or have service with them.I received message from weirdo trying to offer me money.& tell me to give my info to the bank on Hangouts. I believe that you have to go in person to open bank account. But elsewhere this bank people can be fraud.

The worst bank in the Universe. They closed all branches except one. They also keep telling me my payment is past due and it's not. When this is over, I'm closing my account forever. Covid is not an excuse to offer less service....

i was told that as of a year and half ago, bank of america no longer facilitates cashing united states savings bonds for non account holders. this seems unacceptable for a financial institution that required a government bailout barely a decade ago. apparently they are no longer allies of the united states treasury
