New United auto are awesome people. We had a huge nail in one of our tires and had to get it fixed so we can drive back home. We stopped by and even though it was their closing time, they got our tire changed and had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were vacationing in Santa Cruz area for weekend, we are driving through Moss Landing when we noticed battery light was flashing, most of the work shops were closed on Saturday, luckily we found New United Auto, Rico checked my car and found bad alternator, he checked the part availability and told me he can fix my car in two hours, while we went for a walk on Monterey boardwalk got a call within 2 hours that my car is ready, he saved our vacation and the charges were way cheaper than dealership where I normally go, too bad I live in San Jose otherwise I would use his workshop, he is being in business for 20 years and treat his customers with utmost respect and courtesy, highly recommend him

This business is crooked. They say that they fix things that aren't even broken. When changing parts, they use old parts and overcharge. Rico is so conniving and whem confronted he just says "sue me". Do NOT go here ! I wish I could rate this crooked business with a negative -5!

I went to New United Auto to see Rico based on a recommendation from a few neighbors on Nextdoor. I was having what I thought was issues with my transmission. Rico never gave up, tried multiple things on his own time and dime, until a solution was found. I can't say enough about how nice these guys are. I would definitely recommend them!! I will definitely be taking my car back there again. I have a 2008 Mazda, and I want to keep her running, and I know this place will help me do just that.

Said I needed a new front end on my truck, quoted x amount- was over $400, fine. Then tire wore out same as when I took it in. He said he would change out tire gave run around. Done with my business here

My go-to place for tires! I've had several sets of tires installed here, usually through Tirerack.com. Rico and his crew do it right! If ever I had an issue he is all over it and makes it right. I even accidentally ordered the wrong size tire one time...was able to return them and get the correct size...no problem. Check them out!!

I was stranded on vacation to monterey and I called them Saturday morning and he had a spot for me that day! He was so honest and pointed out a few other things to be taken care of on the vehicle besides the alternator we were replacing. And because of Augustin and Marcus I made it home from vacation to my kids.
