5 stars for my visit yesterday at the Monterey office! Isaac Alvarez was more than helpful! I came in with so many questions about my insurance renewal and other questions and he was professional and very kind! Deserves a raise!

The staff is very friendly and actually smiles while doing their job! Good luck finding a smile at the DMV. Everyone was very helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent job!

Nice front desk customer service experience, but the DMV service wait time can be quite long as they may have only one agent working at a time. If you have waited time to be seen and for any reason you forget to bring a document or signature and you step out the building to bring it it, you will be put in the back of the wait line again once you are back, which is inconvenient.

The absolute worst service I have ever seen. We requested battery test/replacement because our car battery was dead. This man put the cables on for not even 10 seconds before popping them off, driving off, and my car WAS STILL DEAD. I am baffled?! I would highly suggest not paying for this so called service.

Great experience, I had DMV and insurance matters to get taken care of and they moved me from station to station efficiently. I was out of there quickly.

I really go there for the DMV keyosk which makes my life so much better with 7 registered vehicles I save so much time and stress not dealing with the DMV.

The worst customer service I have ever received and I have been a member of AAAfor 30 years the blonde girl who didn't help me was rude and should not be working with the public needless to say not sure if I will renew my membership

I found the new set up pleasant. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There’s plenty of parking, the facility is clean and it’s a convenient location.

I am a fan of AAA. However I don't understand the new check in policy. If you're going to have people check in, have someone there. Today the gal who was checking people in all of a sudden had to deal with some paperwork 10' from her desk while the line grew.Then the gal from across the way is calling out to us because she sees the line backing up.Still love AAA.However this new "system" isn't working. Go back to the way it was. OR have a dedicated person checking people in AKA "what's your name ? Ok go sit over there."
