I paid 30$ cash for gas and the pump stopped on 29.65. and i tried to turn it on again but no it completed the transaction like that. it’s not fair to costumers and i didn’t have time to go and ask for assistance for 35c i was in hurry and had a baby in my car. it small amount for single costumer but some people pick the place because of the price and if it’s the flow of people it’s not fair to make the business like that.

Unfortunately, the older lady from the staff (with short curly gray hair) was very rude. The card reader didn't work, I went to ask the cashier and she sent me to check the point number (she saw that my leg was badly damaged). I came back and wanted to leave $100, she brazenly said that she was not supposed to spend that denomination. I filled up the tank for $20 - the station lost money. Plus a negative opinion (not the first one) on Google Maps.

Today i was harassed and lied on by the two gas station employees about a lighter when im a local and they see me every day i live on Soledad! Im a college student from out of state lost my wallet and tried to show a picture of it for a LIGHTER this is the only place i have ever encountered this type of policy that is not even state law and at this store it is not exercised enough where i feel its not targeting when it came to me just two days ago i watched a man buy beer and not get carded by the same employee but is hassling me about a lighter then lied said they had never seen me before but i looked familiar

Don't go to this place to get gas. There is a fat white woman in the store who has a very bad service attitude. I gave 50 yuan in cash and refueled on the 8th, only to find out that I couldn’t refuel on the 8th. I told the clerk to switch to No. 7 and refuel. I told the clerk twice to switch to No. 7 to refuel, but the clerk just wouldn’t give me gas. I asked him to refund the money and he didn't give it back to me. In the end, I had no choice but to call the police. When the police came, the clerk told me that he had not noticed whether my money was collected or not, and he did not give me a receipt. I said that there was surveillance in the store and I could watch it. The clerk said that the surveillance was broken, and the surveillance was obviously good, and he lied. It was broken. I told the police and asked the clerk to refund me the money. The clerk waited for a few hours to check the account and find out whether he had charged me the money.
If I didn't call the police, they wouldn't even add gas to me. The service attitude of this store is extremely poor.
To put it bluntly, it is okay to refuel, but not to refund money. In the end, there is no choice but to refuel.
The store clerk clearly discriminates against Asian faces.

I've been going to 76 since late 2019. I want to let management know that Sarah, who works the late shift, has been an absolute pleasure to talk to. She says hi, remembers me, is polite and friendly, even on the late shift which is not an easy shift to work with all traffic from the hotel and general customers. She is polite and patient and I've seen her be kind to the homeless folks as they grab a quick item and leave. It is customer service that keeps people coming back and I hope 76 remembers that they have a good employee in Sarah.

I have been going to 76 gas station for the pass 3 years. There a grave yard girl name sarah who been working very hard when they been short handed, and I seen many people giving her a hard time and she been handle these rude people very respectful. I know there time I walk in she didn't look happy because she has been working 7 day with no days off for the pass 1yr in a half and most of the time is alway with a big smile and making me feel love at this gas station . I alway see her take the time to listen to people and alway made me felt comfortable in my own skin.
