Be extra careful guys there is a young lady that works here. That absolutely does not like her job and may not like her life. Not sure on that part but her customer service was more than lacking sarcasm at an all-time high. I can think of better things to do then to pay for poor service..

On 9/6, I went to buy some power ball tickets for the first time. The first guy at the register said it would be $10 for 5 Power Balls. I completed 5 tickets and my children were really excited because they helped pick some numbers. I brought them to the register and a second staff member only scanned 4 out of the 5 and told me it would be $40. I asked about the cost as the previous associate told me it would only be $10. We are preparing for surgery for my 4 year old son next month, and I wasn’t sure if we should spend that much on lotto tickets. While I was deciding, he told me to move because he had customers and then told us to hurry up. I told him I was just going to go for it and get all 5, and he only gave us three tickets because he sold one to another customer while we were deciding. I asked him why he did that and he just shrugged. My daughter started crying and I said that was rude of him, and he replied, “That’s fine.” I left without buying anything instead.

Watch your prices when buying stuff they claim
To have sales but it comes up as regular prices. Also the older man working there is very rude.

Customer service is horrible!!! If you ask for service she says there is a time limit for tacos ?? The point is for service to be available 24 hours!

I come here every other day and i finally came to complain about the women behind the counter at nighttime but i see everybody already has, she’s very nasty, leaves the doors open all night but when i enter she grunts and angrily asks why am i in here like it’s her house or something if she doesn’t want the job she shouldn’t work there, and seeing how these other comments went unaddressed for over a year i doubt anything will change.

Absolutely terrible customer sevice from the nightime shift person, whom by the way I have seen over 20 times because I live on the same street, an extremely mean and racially profiling woman who demanded I put my backpack next to the door. I did not see nor have I ever been asked to do this before even though I have been here numerous times and I always come late at night so that is no surprise. I have never seen any other customer asked to do this. I declined and left.

Made the mistake of grabbing a slice of pizza WITH THE TONGS and placed it into it’s container . . Checked out and the lady informed me that they are supposed to get it for me which I didn’t know and it was my fault for sure . BUT then while checking me out she stopped to grab the remaining of the pizza (5 slices left) and tossed it away into the trash next to her. Like damn my bad 😭 there was no sign and it was right next to the hot dogs that you also get by yourself 😭 Just can’t stop thinking about the fact she threw it all away . I get it , must be health code or whatever . I learned my lesson to not get the pizza yourself . I’ll think about it for the rest of my life as it was embarrassing and repent 😂

Has nachos at this location with vitamin water and the place is nice purchased it first before I opened the bag and put cheese on it did have to pay cash since nachos wasent covered by cal fresh due to the hot cheese which makes sense
