I had to repair a flat tire. I had an extra tire my neighbor gave exact same size but Mr Willie sweetly suggested to get a new tire or he can replace it but no guarantee. I chose to buy a new tire. He was efficient. I’ll come back to daddy again.

I had a flat while I was getting a smog check next door. The sign that said, "Flat tire". He would not fix my flat. I purchased my tires last year. He said my tire was no good, I would need a new tire. I refused to purchase a new tire. He put air in my tire, and I drove to East L.A to patch my tire.

I noticed my car's steering pulling to the left, so I called and let him know about the issue, and he told me over the phone that if its something with the suspension, then there's nothing he can do (appreciate that he let me know up front!) but to come by and get it looked at first. I stopped by shortly after the phone call and he put my car on the lift to inspect. He found what was the issue and showed me, and gave me some options. Coincidentally he had the part on hand and fixed it for a little extra $ + re-aligned my car. The price was more than reasonable, service was great, he had an awesome attitude as well. I really appreciate the HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY shown to me. I'd consider myself handy but leave some things like this to professionals.Would highly recommend for anyone in need of his services!

First of all, I forgot to make an appointment, but when I arrived, the gentleman (I forgot to ask his name) was very accommodating and immediately asked what I need. Again I forgot to ask his name, but the gentleman was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and showed me where I can sit while waiting . The service was very quick , faster than I expected. The place is very organized. Definitely recommended!

I've been here twice and Willie does a great job on servicing two vehicles I brought here. He's pretty responsive and hard working. Seems like he's the only worker. Only gripe about this place is the rates are a bit too high. For example, he quoted me $35 for tire plug or $48 for a tire patch. For comparison, $48 is like 30% the price of a new tire for a compact economy car. Another experience I had was when I called one time a while back for my size tire and he didn't have it in stock. I asked him about labor prices to change all 4 brake pads/rotors and he quoted $300. I found another place that quoted me $190. Overall: I recommend going to Willie if you're in a pinch to get a tire repaired. However, if you have time, I would shop around locally for better pricing. He has a limited selection of new tires only since it is a small shop.

Such a disappointment. I always pass here bc it's by my way to work, I decided to stop bc I figured I had a nail on my tire since the light came on, as soon as I got off from my car the man looked annoyed/mad etc. I told him my light was on and I wanted to see if I had a nail on my tire, he immediately said it wasn't a nail that it was bc my tire is old and used so I needed a new tire. He didn't even bother to check if I had a nail he just looked at it and assumed and told me if I wanted a price on a new tire.When I said no bc I would want to see if it's a nail and if it is I would want to patch it instead he said "No, take it elsewhere" and turned around mad.with that nasty condescending attitude I rather take my business elsewhere. Which I did and it turned out that there WAS a small nail on my tire.Do not recommend!

Come to Willie's for an accurate and fast alignment done at a reasonable and competitive price. I was driving around town searching for an alignment service center until I stumbled upon Willie's great shop. Previously I asked for an opinion at Tire Central but they required a 3 hour wait to be serviced; do not go to Tire Central. I came to Willie's and my 2000 Avalon was repaired and the steering was straight as the first day it left the Toyota dealership. If there's no other customers ahead of you, Willie can get you in and out within approximately 30 minutes or less. Just make sure your suspension does not have any heavy damage before coming. Credit cards accepted but cash preferred. For all your wheel and alignment needs; Willie's is probably one of the best in East LA I've seen.

I have a 1984 Toyota Pick up, I needed an alignment really bad. Every place I called gave me the same answer. You gotta bring it in and we will let you know if we can do the job. Except for Willie's, he asked if I had replaced any suspension parts I told him yes, he told me he didn't want to do my alignment if I was still going to doing work on the suspension on my truck because it was taking my money for nothing. No one is that honest any more. He did the job and it has been great. Definitely recommend to everyone. He was also less expensive then everyone else at least by $30.

Came in expecting to get a wheel alignment and Willie brought to my attention that there's a bigger issue and recommend I see a bodyshop. Friendly and honest man who is willing to look out for customers.

I wanted to replace my spare tire with a full size on my 2022 Subaru Outback because I do a ton of road tripping. I got the parts I needed and brought everything here to Willies shop and he took care of everything extremely quick and his prices were very reasonable. Since I was his first customer right at 8am on a Saturday I got a few minutes to chat with the owner and he's beyond polite and professional. I think I'll start making this shop my go-to for anything tire related. I'd highly recommend this place to others in the area.

I needed to get a 4 wheel alignment for my Subaru Outback and found this place thanks to Yelp. Business owner was prompt with my request for a quote and accommodating. At the time of the appointment, he was ready to get to work. Was quoted 30 minutes and he delivered as promised. Very friendly and would go there again for alignment work.
