This has got to be the worst Wells Fargo branch that I visited in my 15+ years of membership, Assistant banker Larry Ramirez had such an attitude to help me with my banking needs, if this keeps up, I will definitely switch bank, BMO reps has been talking to me

Day After Xmas 2 tellers 20 people in line Zero urgency Can you BEEEEE any more painstakingly slow??? I could've gotten 6 colonoscopies done while waiting 30 mins..... The post office is now 2nd worst place to go now..... new champion.... Truly Amazing.....

I needed to get some cash on my way to pre-Thanksgiving dinner with my Mom, brothers + family, and cousin + family. I found this Wells Fargo on Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park close to the 60 Fwy. It's located right at a corner of a busy intersection. Surrounding area is well lit. The 3 walk-up ATMs are right next to a bus stop which I found unsettling. I am entering my pass code and there could be someone watching or hovering over me and I may not even know it. There is one drive-thru ATM. Anyway, I chose to use the walk-up ATM as there was a very long line for the drive-thru ATM. Luckily, there weren't very many people at the bus stop. However, there was a homeless person sitting right along side the ATMs. It's sad to see the homeless are everywhere. My visit was very short. I don't know if I'll be returning to this Wells Fargo again. I may not. What I found interesting as I was driving pass it is the Chinese characters under the Wells Fargo logo on the exterior of the building. It must be a bank with a high concentration of Chinese customers.

The worst branch They always short on tellers And when you said something they said Ooh is because the pandemic, they were worst before pandemic and now is critical, I know the Corp doesn't read this but people needs to start speaking up or go to different branch.

Luis Gonzales helped me open a checking account. His title is Senior Banker. He came across as friendly, professional and knows how to do his job. But I encountered a problem with my account a few months later and sent Luis an email and also left him a voicemail. NO response and no bounce back message saying he was on vacation either. I made an appointment and went to the branch to see him to get some help resolving my issues and he was his usual FAKE self, LYING that he was on vacation so that's why he had not responded. Caught him lying again when said he would help because I called the Wells Fargo customer service line a week later and there was no record of him starting a claim for me. Again, I emailed him and left a voicemail and again no response. If what gets you promoted to Senior Banker is just a nice suit and false appearances then no wonder this branch gets so many low star reviews. He also leaves the branch early. Completely living up to his banker hours and stereotype of not really working. I feel compelled to leave a review because maybe the public and his bosses should know. Avoid Luis Gonzales, worst banker ever.

Wells Fargo Bank not what it used to be, many customers services are cutting back! Top managers of the bank should proactively come to Google and read all their clients (negative) comments and Do something to improve the situation in a timely manner!

So we arrive at the bank minutes before 12 noon. We are greeted at the door and told they are short staffed and must close for the next hour and allow their employees a lunch break. We were told to wait until 1 pm or we can go to another branch which is miles away. This was very upsetting and inconvenient. Both my mother and sister are handicapped. Being turned away was a very unpleasant experience. I had never heard of such a thing. I will give 0 stars for this visit.

I made an appointment at noon for banking service. I checked in and let them know I was there. The lady told the guy in the black shirt that I was there. I waited for 30mins no one came to inform or ask me anything. It turned out that the guy just left and totally ignored me sitting there waiting. At least he could have informed someone if he could not help me with anything.I personally thank to Larry who was able to help me with my new account. After I complained about it and when I left, the guy in the black shirt starred at me like he wanted to punch me or something. They should not keep someone with this kind of behavior, especially at the bank that should be providing great customer service.

One of the worst banks to bank with. A simple wire and they told me I had to make an appointment. Keep in mind no customers inside the bank, bankers at their desk cold calling, 3 employees standing In the lobby, and yes I took a picture of them just talking about their day. Seriously they can care less about their customer!!! Extremely unacceptable.

They told me I could talk to a banker in 1 hour if I wait and I wanted 3 hours and thats not the worst part, after 3 hours they told me I didn't have an appointment and they couldn't see me. This is the worst bank experience I've ever had avoid this branch at all cost. I went over to chase and opened a bank account in minuets.
