Government building/service. Overall, pretty good post office. Cleanliness and look and efficiency is expected of a government run building. I am sure dealing with incompetent customers (and those that don't speak English well and feel entitled to be treated like royalty) on a daily basis would make me hate my job, so I give the workers slack. I think they are doing great.Workers don't have an incentive to sell more or upsell you on any services. They just want to do their job, get no complaints, and go home. If you don't like it, go to UPS or FedEx. You will find comparable or more expensive prices there.

The customer service here are generally very good. However, the supervisor here take their customers as suckers. They will try to get you use their services without the guaranteed policies or will try to milk you for every little things. When there's problem with your packages, the supervisors attitudes are usually very rude & nasty.

After reading all the negativity reviews smh this location has to do better along with USPS!!!!! Priority mail delayed, priority mail preparing for delivery, never got delivered. Delayed going on a second day, priority mail was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of November. That just goes to show that most of the USPS locations are the same, not just this location USPS in general.??????????

Parking here is terrible. Don't even try to park in the lot its small and hard to get in and out. Just park on the street and walk in. Trust me it will save you from damage to your car.

The worst post office!! DO NOT come here for passport services. I originally scheduled my appointment in April to get my family’s passports issued. I brought everything everything requested, paid my dues which aren’t cheap and waited for our passports to come only to receive a notice in the mail stating the person who helped me, Chris, filed my daughter’s birth certificate for my son’s application and my son’s with my daughter’s. Now, the Department of State is requesting I send an original copy of the birth certificates which they take from you when you file the application!! I immediately tried calling the state department and the the post office and of course couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I decided to come back to the post office only for Chris, the post office worker who filed our application, to tell me there’s nothing they can do and no responsibility taken whatsoever. I now have no choice but to take a day off work to go file for another copy of birth certificates and I’m at risk of not getting my kid’s passports on time for our trip. I will be filing a complaint with the state department about this!

I want to give them zero stars. Our community's mailbox had a safety problem, they removed it two months ago, so we had to go to the post office to bring the letters. Usually we have a lot of letters per week, but in the last two months we just had a few. I lost some important letters from IOS or other agencies. I went to the office, they said no letters. I was really worried about the letter from IOS, then yesterday I knew the letter from IOS we lost, I don't know if the post office received the letter from IOS, but I have never missed the important letters from IOS. That made me so uncomfortable and sad, also it brought me a big trouble. This post office is irresponsible.

I have always had a good experience at this location. They are very polite, professional and helpful. The staff speaks many languages & this is a plus. I check to see when they are busiest and adjust my schedule to avoid lines as much as possible. Parking can be tricky when they are busy.

The workers here are really friendly and I love how this is one of the few post office around the area that opens on a Saturday and opens late too. Most of the post offices close at 2 or earlier but this one closes at 3 which is very convenient. The parking is kind of small but there are plenty of street parking if you don't mind walking a little.

This office has come a LONG way. There were horribly long lines (still are but tolerable now) and just slow and exceptionally rude staff. One in particular who treated customers with disdain for large issues. But now they seem to have new staff and process work much better. Past 10 or so visits are done efficiently. Great job.

I left a small envelope in the mailbox to send to Sacramento last Tuesday. Never made it. Instead, it was stolen and found in Compton. I guess the staff is allowed to steal the envelopes.

Have had a PO box at this post office for the past 30 years. In the past, was able to access my PO box 24/7 any time of the week. Over the last few years, the lobby door is randomly locked for some reason which is frustrating since I don't live nearby anymore. I keep this PO box because it's allocated to our business address. They need to update their lobby access hours or just leave the door unlocked so people can access their PO boxes freely like it used to be.

Come here and you will be in line forever. No matter what time of day, there will always be minorities (unfortunately Chinese) who are having a language barrier between them and the postal workers. I would see them struggle as they are using frantic hand motions to describe what they are saying. Often times, they will have a 3rd party translator on speaker phone who knows slightly more English than the customer, in hopes of them getting their message across to the postal workers. I feel bad. I feel bad for all the parties involved. As a result, that has caused me a 30 minute wait in line. Now it is cutting into my time and that is not acceptable.
