Was just here with my family...2 grown ups...2 college boys..3 little girl's. Bought 2 items I didn't even know I wanted. Lots of stuff for everyone. Staff was polite and not pushy at all. Great selection and just when you think you're done browsing you find another gem in the aisles. Store was clean and everything was neatly stacked. I will definitely be back and hopefully find something super cool again!

My 10yr old spent his birthday money ($80) on a S.H.Figuarts Iron spiderman no way home. He was so excited! Got the figure home, opened the box. Right arm joint was broken! Just dangling there. Called these clowns about an exchange (2 hrs after purchase) they refused. Way to ruin a 10 year Olds birthday. you won't get my business ever again! Shame on you

The people at toyz in the box are very helpful and responsive plus they have one of the best selections of toys and collectibles I've ever seen and they have amazing prices

It was my first time being in that store with friends, it's pretty cool. They have many figures ranging from a multitude of series and different media. They also have some funko pop figures, so if you're into that, it's also in that store as well. Although I did not buy anything, I do plan to go back and get myself a nice figure. Would recommend if you're into comics like Marvel, DC, etc. And if you're into Anime and Mangas like Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, My Hero and many more.

I was super cool to be there all the figures and some figure out to look and the price for the figures are the best I got like 10 figure and paid some money and somewhere else it would like $1000 so super cool to be there

Ever since I discovered this place in October of 2021, I have been a loyal customer. Here's my spot for transformers figures, marvel legends, Mcfarlane DC etc. Funko's are something I've been getting into recently and I'm so happy knowing they sell them with protectors free of charge. The customer service is phenomenal and ensures everyone is satisfied and finds what they want. The cashier always tells me if something's not in the store I can check online or even they can write it down and communicate with me when it's available. I really recommend this spot. 100/10
