Awesome shop with LOTS of cool toys and collectibles. We visited their new location. The business looks closed, but it's not. The entrance is through the back alley.
The staff makes you feel welcomed and they're friendly. They're not pushy or make you feel rushed.
My daughter bought a few action figures for her collection and we will definitely visit again.

Love the place ! The prices are good depending on what you looking for and the customer service is awesome. The girl on the counter tends to look serious but when you talk to her she's super nice and ready to answer your questions.

Good prices but needs new exchange/return policy because this is the 3rd time I've bought something and it came out the box broken and you can't return if you open it such an unfair policy and now I'm officially done spending there because in total I've lost 300 dollars due to figure being broken out the box

Was just here with my family...2 grown ups...2 college boys..3 little girl's. Bought 2 items I didn't even know I wanted. Lots of stuff for everyone. Staff was polite and not pushy at all. Great selection and just when you think you're done browsing you find another gem in the aisles. Store was clean and everything was neatly stacked. I will definitely be back and hopefully find something super cool again!

My 10yr old spent his birthday money ($80) on a S.H.Figuarts Iron spiderman no way home. He was so excited! Got the figure home, opened the box. Right arm joint was broken! Just dangling there. Called these clowns about an exchange (2 hrs after purchase) they refused. Way to ruin a 10 year Olds birthday. you won't get my business ever again! Shame on you

The people at toyz in the box are very helpful and responsive plus they have one of the best selections of toys and collectibles I've ever seen and they have amazing prices
