Store representative named Ronnie is refusing to do her job . I am trying to return my HINT and all stores are able to do the return but Ronnie must be to busy standing around to assist my mother . It’s a shame Ronnie is giving Tmobile customer service a terrible name . This is a corporate store and Ronnie simply isn’t up to the standard . Ronnie is definitely not helping the store raise their 2.5 star rating . Diego the manager saved the day if it wasn’t for him I would have left Tmobile .

I went in to this store to ask about a new phone. Jermy was great and very helpful. Unfortunately it was impossible to hear him as another associate was on a personal call and had that person on speaker. I informed Jermy that I could not hear him because of his colleague on the phone. Very unprofessional. I felt bad for Jermy as he seemed to be the only one working. No complains about him. The personal call was loud and laughing, joking . I walked out.

Do NOT go here...Claudia the "manager" and Ronnie (to be honest I don't really know what her role is there besides having an attitude...) were the most disrespectful waste of time absolutely just horrid people I've ever come across. They (without permission) cancelled my friends phone order for some bullshit excuse that made NO SENSE and it just so happened that both of them were off at the same time shortly after we stopped in. So convenient right? My friend waited so long to get her phone delivered to this hell hole of a store and because it was close to when Claudia and Ronnie were going to clock out for the night, they didn't want to do their fucking job, had an attitude the whole time they were "helping" us and they canceled my friends order. For some context, my friends phone had a malfunction, even though the replacement phone my friend ordered and waited so long for was AT THE STORE she couldn't go home with it because these lazy pieces of shit didn't want to do their job. Mind you, my friend got a message right after talking with Claudia and Ronnie saying "the authorized user has GRANTED PERMISSION to cancel this order" My friend didn't give permission to cancel anything meaning Claudia and Ronnie did it from their end and conveniently went home right after they decided they were done with us. We were on the phone with so many T-Mobile reps afterwards and they all said the same thing that they shouldn't have done that. So now my friend, who runs 3 separate small businesses and heavily relies on her phone for income, has to re-order a phone she could've had already and wait weeks once again because Claudia (a manager) and Ronnie didn't want to do their job and wanted to clock out and go home. Both of them should be fired they are wasting everyone's time. T-Mobile has always had friendly staff it's horrible they have people like this employed for them. Please, save yourself time and energy, do not go here. It has bad reviews for a reason.

Very good customer service at this location! Clean and bright with plentiful product display! Very good deals as of October 11 2023. The wait can be long if you arrive while all associates are helping other customers. I am not sure if appointments are offered here.

Horrible. Came in to get a new phone for my mom, the lady with the red hair was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help us. That store is always bad vibes. We left and went to the t mobile at the shops in Montebello so much better service and we were able to get a new phone. Never going back to this place again

I could give a negative star if I can!! The people from this store are so unfriendly and gave me attitude when I went to get my numbers updated due to T-Mobiles fault that they added two random new numbers to my plan. The staff didn't understand my request at the beginning but just went ahead and added another two new lines without confirming with me first. And the dude (seems like a staff lead) was telling me they were tryna do me a favor and I made their jobs harder when clearly they messed my account up and needed to fix the mistakes they made! I also wanted to request a new physical sim card that I didn't get charged for at other locations but they asked for 11 bucks!! Now I randomly checked my account and they changed my plan without my consent again that I had to call customer service that added unnecessary hassle to me. People please don't go to this location if you want some real help!

So I go to make a payment, I spot 3 people who supposed to be working, just sitting there looking at their phones. Off the bat, the one who asked me what was I there for, tells me there's a 5 dollar surcharge to make a payment there. Initially I was walking away but decided to make that payment. As I turned around, I noticed the other idiot working there pointing at my prosthesis on my right leg trying to make the other one who"helped me" look at it, while giggling.I don't think losing a limb is a laughing matter or something to be smirking at. You don't know what life has in store for you later on. What kind of idiots does T-mobile employ?? 15+ dollars an hour to just sit there and laugh at others misfortune? That's too much.

Sandra at T-Mobile tried to hack my iPhone when she transferred all apps, apps said hacked so I changed all passwords but I didn't get info until I was home 4 hours later. As soon as contract expires I'm out of there!!!

As a 13-year loyal customer of T-Mobile, I recently had a disappointing experience at one of their stores. I walked in and saw only one customer in the store, yet the representative told me they couldn't answer the phone just five minutes prior because they were "super busy." This excuse was a bit surprising given the low level of activity in the store. Furthermore, the customer service was unfriendly and unprofessional. I expected a higher level of customer service from a company that I have been with for over a decade. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I was left feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope T-Mobile will take steps to address these issues and provide their customers with the high level of service they deserve. As a long-time customer, I want to continue supporting T-Mobile, but experiences like this make it difficult to remain loyal.

Literally, worst customer service I've ever had.Forgot her name but from the beginning of our interaction, the MANAGER was impatient, incompetent & unwilling to help.Dont waste your time at this store, save you a headache.

I went there today, it was so so terrible, a few staffs they was gathering and talking too loudly, I couldn’t hear from someone( very rude attitude)who helped me. The service was so bad, never come back!!!

Lupita and angel are great customers service representatives. Lupita is the manager and did an excellent job answering my many questions. My husband and I went into the store about an hour before closing. Lupita stayed well over her shift just to make sure we got everything we needed. Lupita did an excellent job helping us get a plan that fits us and was very informative. She helped us so much I truly 100% recommend her and T-Mobile at this location on Atlantic.

The service I received was terrible!!! The experts as they call themselves left me sitting with the problem unsolved so he could take his lunch, he actually told me that. Your other experts are on personal calls speaking so loud you can barely hear. Between the 3 experts they couldn’t solve my problem so I called the 611 and between her and I we figured it out in 2 minutes. This is unacceptable customer service. Unprofessional to say the least!!! I have a suggestion maybe have inservice classes before putting these experts on the floor or hire more seniors. Seniors take more pride in their work. I will not go to this store again. I must say it makes me sad that T- Mobile doesn’t do anything about this just read all the other reviews before me. Your staff should observe the staff at T-Mobile Quad location in Whittier, they could learn a thing or two.
