The employee with red long hair is beyond rude and I'm confused why she's there when she treats the customer with no respect!She makes getting a coffee there, unpleasant and unwelcoming.

I just wanted to say thank you to Michael for telling me about the sale on the cups when he saw me struggling. I've been having a really crappy week and I love the gorgeous tumblers so for Michael to share with me that they are half off and be so sweet and kind at the time really brightened my day. Thanks for sharing your cup story with me Michael and for your awesome customer service

I went to this Starbucks around 12:30PM today (9/20/2023) to get an iced matcha. Customer service was ok, nothing above and beyond or noticeable for me to say it was a great experience. The drink, on the other hand, was made to my liking and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. The reason for my two star rating is the fact my stars were used after I left the store. I paid for my drink and didn't use any stars but a few minutes after my transaction, I noticed a second transaction where my stars were used from the same location. My receipt number is #013744. Not sure what happened but I my account was used for someone else's transaction and they used 200 of my stars. Not only that but my Starbucks gold card was closed due to this incident without my consent!

10 minutes just to order so I thought I'd keep it simple: regular coffee, black. Turns out they have to wash something in the sink and brew a completely new batch of coffee. 10 minutes to get that.. and somehow their microwaved sandwich's bacon was undercooked. Just go to the one across the street.

First time standing in line at the Starbucks here and wow. Unbelievable. Worst customer service ever by the 2 workers there. A group of girls were standing waiting for their drinks and the two workers just kept ignoring the rest of the people standing in line for at least 15 minutes. The girls waiting for their drinks found out that their ordered didn't even go through. When I finally said something to the workers if they can please take our orders since we have been waiting a while. He then helps the guy in front of me and afterwards tells me they don't have oat milk. How the f*** don't they have oat milk? The Starbucks is inside a Ralph's. I hope the guy gets fired. His service is terrible. Starbucks please add a sign that there is no oat milk.

Staff here are extremely rude and unfriendly. A staff member made a mistake on someone else's order and decided to start throwing out my food items on the counter from my bag because she had made a mistake by putting another person's food item in my bag, she didn't say excuse me or may I, nope just had a stank face and was being aggressive. Will definitely not be returning to this location. Rather drive 10 mins than to give these people my money. Horrible attitude!

Paola if your having a bad day don't take it out on customers, even if I asked you to remake my order there is no reason to be petty. I paid close to $6 of course I want it the way I ask for it when I order it. Then you only give me a drop of milk because I asked for it on the side ? You didn't even add the vanilla syrup to be petty. Were you mad I was interrupting your conversation with the cashier ?!? The manager of this location please talk to Paola. You have way nicer staff at this location then her.I've never had problems til today so I needed to let management know!

I get a vibe from this location that they don't really care to help you, don't really care what you want or ask for. they do there job because its there job but overall the type of attitude you get and how your drink is made is definitely not made with love. My drink is simple. I get it at every Starbucks location I've been to and I can just tell it's not exactly the same or with the same amount espresso, I could tell since I always get it the same and ask for an extra one.

Honestly the worse Starbucks location , everytime I come to Ralph's to get groceries I stop by and they ALWAYS mess up my order. (Colored hair girl) I would not recommend this location. Head over to the target location on Whittier they make the drinks way better there

As you could see from the pictures they did their job correctly. The frappy's look like something out of A TV commercial. They look very beautiful and great Presentation. it not like the starbucks On 3rd street and gage those people don't know how to make coffee I was really disappointed. I gave him one star as you could see from the reviews. Thank you once again for the 2 girls and Starbucks that made my coffee really delicious. Thank you once again.

This has nothing to do with the location. I have no problem with the customer service but the new starbucks lids and cups are garbage. Whoever thought this was ergonomic at all must be smoking some good one. What the hell is this crap shyt keeps popping off every 3 seconds. Get better cups or get the boba wrappers. I've not had Starbucks for years and there was nothing wrong with the old flat lids, at least shyt won't pop off every time

I will admit I do not feel any type of disregard towards the drink, although I don't feel entirely too welcome to be greeted by the associate "Khalia " As she chooses to ignore my simple questions and give me a very demeaning stare into my face with such an awful grin that makes me feel not at all comfortable being served by her and especially seeing how angry and upset she is just based on my simple thank you or even compliment I meant towards her ! I don't feel too comfortable telling us Starbucks in order to retrieve my drinks coming from an associate like her!
