Find another spot. Wont price an easy thing like battery replacement over the phone, so I should've known better, but every other place was closing and I wanted to surprise my husband with a working watch. EVERYWHERE else I've ever been to or called has only charged $8-10 for a new battery, this man charged $22 + tax. it was not a friendly setting, very hood type shop for this area, bars, glass,. I would've just waited to go somewhere else, but he didn't tell me the price until the job was done and the battery was in. When I gawked at the price he told me no where else was professional, ok sir. Will not go back, would not recommend.

The proprietor here is very helpful, friendly and has fair prices. I was able to get my watch serviced in just minutes. I love the old school, non-corporate vibe and am always happy to shop with a local small business.

Had a great experience here. Owner really knows his stuff and he won’t bs you around telling you things you want to hear just to make money. He went above and beyond of what I asked him will definitely be coming back for any watch or jewelry repair. Don’t go next door to Daniels it’s not worth it

The owner is really helpful and kind. Had a great conversation while figuring out a ring size and dropping it off. The work is impeccable and its priced really affordably. If you need jewelry or work done on some stop in. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to share with others the excellent service I receive everytime I go to R&R Jewelry/Watch shop. Robert Repchian, the owner has been taking care of my watches for many years, replacing batteries, making adjustments, cleaning, etc.. Although I no longer live in this area I still take my watches to him when I make trips to southern California because I know I can trust his knowledge about watches and how to take care of them. His service speaks for himself, recently Robert worked past closing time to repair my watch so that I can have it before I had to return home! I highly recommend his work!

I went in with no intention of buying anything, but the jewlers kindness and selection put me at ease. With this mindset, I found a Stuhling watch that caught my attention. Bought it and left a happy customer. I'll be returning.

I called this place for a quote on how much to service my watch and he told me I need to bring it in for inspection before he gives me a quote. I told him it was a sellita sw300 movement which is equivalent to an ETA 2824. He told me sellita doesn't make movements. I'm not a watch maker but for someone who is repairing watches should know this common movement. Got quotes from other shops over the phone with no problem. This place is probably only good for replacing batteries not automatic movements.

Robert is the best when it comes to watch repair. I have a watch fetish which sometimes these time pieces need to be serviced Robert is always helpful and honest with his diagnosis of the issues and quotes a price up front without trying to string you along. Just bring your watch to Robert. He will always provide effective service and you will leave happy.

R&R is the absolute best. I've been coming here for many years for watch repair: new bands, band adjustments, new batteries, etc. I highly recommend for all your watch needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My boyfriend received some gold jewelry, and we came here to ask the jewelry repairman (JR) if he could evaluate if the jewelry was real gold. JR was abrasive when he greeted us with, "What do you want? I'm really busy." So my boyfriend just asked him about testing the authenticity of the jewelry he was gifted. Boyfriend showed him the pieces. JR said, "Gypsies gave you the jewelry." Huh? GYPSIES? LOL!!! Ummm we don't know any gypsies. Anyways, JR stated, "I don't need to test the jewelry because I've been doing this for 57 years!" Boyfriend and I had to ask him to calm down. Don't know why JR was so rude, hostile, and irritated but we will not being going back.

My mom started taking her jewelry and watches for repair since he was a Newberry's on Valley. He has been in this business for YEARS! This is my go to place. Why would I trust a schmuck? I'd rather go with someone who knows what they're doing.

Just stopped by to have some jewelry appraised and what an honest man. I was extremely skeptical because I've heard these places can often times be shady. Not this place, he was very thorough (it did take a little over an hour) but very upfront. Additionally I did see a stunning pair of DIAMOND earrings at an incredible price. Will be back when it's time for a new jewelry item. Overall very happy with the experience and we will be back - no need to shop around. If you're selling gold you can guarantee the best price here
