I had to pick up my truck just primer they said 2 months and it's 6 months already and they just keep saying next week then again and again so I decide to take it home how it was. they just keep my money.

I submitted a claim to BBBBad service from JuanTerrible results on prep work and final paint.I was told either you pay now and take it as it is or I will remove your body kit and scratch paint on all car.Bad bad bad.I paid in full $2700 and $600 extra for a mediocre job. Same color as car minor bodywork.

Yelp says its closed, but it is OPEN and conning more people by the day!! i have been scammed and conned by Franciasco Torres (Frankie) Premier Auto Body, after more than 1 YEAR, i lost my money and my car is still not fixed. Please, i hope other people can learn from my experience and STAY AWAY from these guys. i have brought my car in on May 2019 and Frankie requested a $5000 upfront to help him order car parts to start the job as he has mentioned to me he urgently needed money to order the parts for my car (2015 Mercedes GL450). the remaining balance is $2500 which will be paid upon completion in "4-6 weeks". when the time has passed i tried calling texting with no reply. so after about another week i took some time to go over to see if my car is ready to pick up. to my surprise NOTHING was done and no parts were even ordered! worst of all my $80,000 car is just sitting there out in the middle of some random street like garbage wide open and exposed (check out pics below)!! he gave me some excuse and promised me he will work on it and give him another 3 weeks. he is quite far from me so i couldnt always head over too often. as time passes by again and again he comes up with some sob story and promises over and over again he will rectify the situation. mentioned to me he is a man of religion and lives by his word. as time went on and on, i lost more and more hope but since he has my car i have been asking nicely then firmly, then angrily to no avail. i even sent him 2 letters from my Lawyer with Frankies signature of date of completion in November 2019. at that point of February 2020, i scheduled a talk with him to see exactly what he needs to finish the job. hes very apologetic again and mentions/confesses he has no money at all and that he spent my deposit on his personal and family expenses and dont have the money to order my car parts. honestly i felt sorry for the guy (as i am a family man of faith and trying to provide as well). so i offered to buy the parts myself and spent another $3500 and even delivered it to him in person as i definitely dont trust him to give him anymore money. 2 months went by and again NOTHING was done. i talked to all his neighbors (and his own employees) to see if they can help me with the car since i dont want to tow it far. turns out Premier auto body and "Frankie" is FAMOUS for scamming and conning customers and they have seen dozens of times Police was even called, lawsuits being served, yelling, screaming customers!! the entire neighborhood knows what a scam he was! im not the only one, and this place is still in business? someone has to come shut this place down for the benefit of the consumers! his own employees tell me that many of the cars there are there over 1 year and some is going on 3!!! i feel he is robbing from the unsuspecting people. i finally gave up today and towed it away from this scam artist. these pics below are today 6/25/20, as you can see car is far from even being partially completed.
