I've been coming here for a few weeks for waxing services. Maggie is the best! She took her time and perfected my eyebrows. Some of the ladies are a bit pushy about getting extra services but I'll keep coming back because it's affordable and good service.

$20 to remove gel. Wow. I felt like I was rip off esp since there is still gel on my nails. I should've left right when I sat down and saw how dirty the place look. It was dusty and looked like it the place hasn't been clean for some time. Not only was it the chairs and tables but also their own cart station. I've been to my fair share of nail salons and this is the worse. They reuse their buffers and I didn't witness them sanitizing their tools right after. The nail tech was giving one of the customers a neck and shoulder massage. As soon as she was done, she started working on my hands. I was disgusted. It's my fault for not asking her to wash her hands. Not coming back for sure.

Not the best nail techs in the area for sure. But fast and available yes. My experience from the first time I came wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t horrible. Today was horrible customer service and horrible nails.
People expect ‘close to perfection’, not ‘it looks okay,’ and the lady that did my nails today was definitely not detail oriented. I am used to doing my nails with technicians that are booked out far in advance because they are so talented and have consistently delivered great nail services. But I went on a whim and tried a new person.
I’m not even scoring my experience on customer service. That will automatically bring this review down to a one. These little handy-me down shops get away with it because they don’t look professional, so you don’t really expect professional services. But when you start to add on to the shop or remodel then standards for how you treat Customers should also match. The nail tech kept asking if I wanted to get pedicure. I said no 3x. That’s so rude. Don’t pressure me into saying yes by asking me over and over again.
I got gel x extensions. My nails were slanted, I had polish on the side of my nails, and usually my nail techs will check that the nails match on both hands. She didn’t even do that. So my nails are slanted and not buffed. So the tip top nail all feel and look different.
I heard so many people asking for May, so I will probably give this place one more chance and try one of their popular and experienced techs.

Hello my Yelpies, WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT! AGAIN DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I came here for the first time and thought to give this place a shot. First they are over priced and it seems like they just make the price up base on each person. Second, the lady that did my pedicure cut my toe and blamed me because my skin is too thin. What kind of BS is that? You're the one that cut me and you had the audacity to gaslight me saying it's my fault. Even after the rollercoaster of emotions I still stuck it through. During the nail polish time I picked regular nail polish she of course messed up and gaslight me AGAIN, saying nobody gets regular anymore. You need to get gel, I'm sorry? But you messed up and still decided that it was my fault again? To all my ladies, BEWARE OF THE TECHNICIANS HERE!! If you don't want to get cut and gaslight on then don't come here.

I will not be returning to this nail salon. I got a gel removal and regular manicure. - During the gel removal, my technician used her drill bit above my cuticle and filed off some skin; my gel was several weeks grown out, so there was no reason for the drill to be so close to skin. When I made a comment that she was hurting me, the technician didn't apologize and instead said that it was a good, expensive drill tip. - After removing the gel, she shaped my nails and basically filed my fingertips. Nail shapes came out uneven and crooked. - Technician started applying gel polish, even though I asked for regular. When I pointed it out, she seemed annoyed. - Technican didn't use a base coat. - Polish was applied messily and she left polish on my skin.

Provided half service, charge full price. Speak their language talk about the customer, only did pedicure, been charged with mani and pedi both. Be careful to go this place.Service: Nail art

Be aware of the prices & packages they offer. I was overcharged for a $35 pedicure "package" when I had selected the basic pedicure+ scrub + 5 minute massage which I clearly chose because of the lower price. When it was time to pay I was mislead to believe I had selected the #2 package. I agreed but I knew in my mind that I had selected a lower priced package. I didn't challenge it because of lack of time & with Mother's Day in mind. Will not return for dishonesty. I did like the fast service as walk in.
