I went in today to seek assistance to set up online transfer because I had difficulty doing online. Hoping they can help me with set up. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask for from this branch. First, I walked up to the customer service counter and then was waiting for the 2 employees to finish their conversation before I ask them for assistance. Once they finished their conversation, one walked away, and the other stood there and didn't even acknowledge me. I had to greet her first, and then she asked what I needed assistance with. Wow, talk about friendly service! So I told her what I needed assistance with and she told me to do it online! I told her I had difficulty doing it online and was wondering if she could assist me. She said they can't assist with online banking issues!!! Really!!??? WTH!!! So needless to say, this branch didn't provide any service for me! It would've been ok if they were friendly and tried! No effort on that employee's part!!! I had way better experiences with other branches! This branch needs to train your staff to be more attentive and friendly!

There's never really a teller and also, the environment feels very ominous. After what happened in Monterey Park, they stare and treat everyone very poorly, especially if you walk in with a backpack, nurse, or anything. I still dress like when I was a university college student when I would carry my software engineering laptop and sometimes in business attire. It does feel uncomfortable though that's somewhat understandable. They should hire more and better people.

Every time I come here and need to talk to the bank teller, the line is always crazy long. My most recent time, was a weekend morning, and I waited over an hour to be seen. They only had one teller working for the personal inquiries and one other teller for business inquiries.

The line to teller is absolutely terrible!!!! I'm not joking by it felt like I spent half of my morning waiting in line for a teller. Can your branch please for the love of God and your customers precious time have more than just 2 tellers?! You guys seriously need more tellers!!!!

No one picks up the phone. Why is there not even an on hold function?? It just tries to call once and then hangs up. I know people are there too, and they just don't pick u. Cmon
