Staff are not helpful. They lost my package that was over $500. There response was that they can not do anything. Now I'm paying for a item they lost.

0 stars! Came to drop off a package with a pre-paid label on it. They told me it will cost $1 for a receipt! WHAT??? Never heard of such thing. Isn't it standard to give everyone a receipt? When you go shopping or go to any store, shop online, restaurant, etc., don't you get a receipt for free??? Please go to a real post office down the street. This is just high-way robbery on a different level.

Highly recommend it here! One stop shop and very convenient for livescan, notarizing documents, and mailing stuff out. The owner is really sweet and she helped me so so so much with a very time sensitive issue that I had and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you for your help to the owner and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I did a live scan here at the postal center. The lady was kind and professional and was able to get it done very quickly. I was surprised that everything can be done here: shipping, live scan, notary, passport photo, fax, etc. I will come back here for passport photos and shipping.

Very quick and extremely sweet service. I called in advanced to get a document notarized and the girl who answered assured me they could do that w.o an appointment and even let me know what time they closed (that rlly did matter). When I was being helped, I was asked to show proof of original document. I'm not gonna lie, at first I was kind of annoyed bc.. it's me? Lol like, I didn't understand why they wanted proof of the original document, but then some sense came into me and realized it's for security reasons and what not. At the end of the day, I got the best help from the woman who helped me, she answered all my questions, made the process super fast and easy. 5/5 stars!

I came here to get a live scan and fingerprinting a few months ago. The customer service is great. I have done many live scans and fingerprinting at different places, but this is the first place that took the time to show me how to check the status of my live scan and fingerprinting online. I was very impressed!

Wonderful spot for all my deliveries. Friendly staff that gets me in and out. However, if they have a line, it can take a while since there's usually only a couple workers. Enjoy!

Overall, the customer service is great! The staff is always super friendly and available to answer any questions. I have a private box here and I've never had any issues with getting my mail and best of all, this place is conveniently located in Atlantic Square. Parking is always available to get in and out, when in a hurry. I enjoy using this place for my mail box and postal needs.
