Because even though he had a long line, a rude customer ,he still was very patient and kept his cool , handled the situation very well. He has amazing customer service I have been to many walgreens were I'm told I cant change something on my walgreens card. I believed it was going to be the same here but no ! BENNY Made it happen, he whent above and beyond. I was there Saturday morning about 9 am. You need more people like him working for your company.”

“PharmacyI was helped by Ana today and was very satisfied with the service she provided. She was polite, welcoming, respectful, and made sure that all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond by making sure I knew what the papers and screens read when I picked up my medication, catering to my visual disability. Most significantly and admirably, she corrected an internal error that could have led to me taking the wrong medication home (one with a similar name). Her superior attention to detail prevented any potential damage to my health. In sum, I am beyond grateful for Ana's service. Every business needs more employees like her. Thank you!”
