My daughters and I recently came here to shop. My daughters went into the store first. One of the managers didn’t notice my daughters were with me. I noticed one of the lady just watching over my girls as they looked at the clothes. The manager kept looking at her and made one of my daughters uncomfortable as she was shopping. I noticed her i told her dont worry they are with me. Im pretty sure they thought they were shoplifting We just felt harassed being there. We have never experienced something like this before

Bought dresses on a Thursday. I literally asked the cashier, Grace, supposedly is her name, if I can return she said credit or return is fine within 7 days. So ok. I come back following Monday and the cashier said oh you can’t return any dresses. I’m like what! The cashier should’ve initialed the receipt if you can return it. I’m like why did she literally say I can when I couldn’t and she did not initial it. So tomorrow I guess I’m gonna have to come back and speak with this grace. I don’t want to because it’s a waste of time! Oh her name is in the receipt! That’s so wrong of her to do. It’s NOT one star it’s infinite NeGATive stars!

I wouldn't recommend this store because they're return/exchange policy sucks. They're also extremely over priced and the quality of the clothes is not great. Plus size selection is decent but sizing is off, seems like the clothes run small? Also, the owners are not friendly.

I worked for them over 4 years. I dont even want to give them this star. Zero reviews will be given. These owners and managers are so corrupt plus not honest. The wanted to fire me cause of my pregnancy. Till this day they did me a favor. But i took them to court. And won!!! So now im glade there is no mode plus in Foxs hills mall.???????????

Terrible store to shop at, I drove out of town to go to this Store and customer service sucks, the retailers are rude, and due to COVID, you can’t try clothes on and you can’t return their cheap clothes if you decide to buy something

Horrible place to shop at, was constantly being followed by one of the managers and felt harassed. Also noticed how she made one of the employees follow me, reluctantly. If you are male or look gay or even dark skinned they will look at you and discriminate. Older Hispanic lady on the floor was very rude to me when I asked for help, she was sitting down behind the counter on her phone even when there was multiple people in the store. They do not take COVID seriously and purposely put their staff in danger. Young girls in the back are always kind and helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want. Do not recommend supporting such a horrible business.

It was okay. No customer service. The nice clothes are on top and you have to ask for help, but the lady was on the phone. They display Plus Sizes better.

Zipper easily breaks on jeans.. specially the brand Wax Jeans... They won't exchange without receipt even if you take bank statement to confirm u bought it there.. once u take tags off ur pretty much screwed.

Zero Stars Horrible Customer Service!!!! since covid they had their fitting room closed I bought an item and the lady at the register told me to save the receipt and tags on clothes for return/exchange purposes which I DID I just needed an exchange and she refused to she clearly check the item and there was nothing wrong she went back an fourth rude a** lady!!! I will take my business elsewhere!!
