Just visiting and needed the rental car cleaned. Avis isn’t cleaning their cars anymore. I spent $30 for the bronze wash and they did a really good job. The staff was friendly and I wasn’t waiting long for the car. The 3 star rating is due to the location’s current condition. The sale person has to find the prices (should be displayed). Both the interior and exterior need upkeep/updating. Signs are faded or fading, trees covering the sign, empty vending machines, old worn out couches inside.

Prices have increased, and service quality has decreased. If you choose the higher price options, there's a good chance the guys there will forget or ignore the add ons. You have to check to make sure they provided the add ons such as fragrance, tire dressing or sealer wax. These guys do a very basic job. You are better off washing your own car for $5 somewhere else. There are streaks all over my car as they left it to dry for 20 minutes. This place needs new management. Today was the last time I'll visit.

Just get the bronze wash. Theu dont put any sealer or clear coat after washing even if you paid for it.

Unfortunately, I have to change My rating on this, once great, place.
Like usual I told the intake manager (new guy) to please Armour All everything except My steering wheel (makes it dangerously slippery), so the touch up guy didn't do Any of the inside, which I payed Platinum Price for. When I brought it to his attention, because he was done way too quickly & I noticed it was not done, he was nice enough to take the extra time to do it, but still he hurried through it leaving it a bit slipshod.
I'm sorry to say goodbye to this place, but if you're going to raise the price another $15, the quality shouldn't suffer it should either stay status quo or get better. Now I'm not wondering why it was so empty when I arrived.

It was my first and last time taking my car to this car wash.
The price was the same as all car washes. I picked the $43 one and expected at least my car to be dried and vacuum
Instead, when I told the guy he slammed the floor mats against the door, be careful telling them something or your car might get scratched

These scum bags stole food from the trunk of my car. I have smart and final peanuts and snacks in the trunk of my car. How does 80% of the snack disappear after my car wash? Thieves. I will never go back again. Magic touch should be ashamed of themselves.

They stole my rubber car mats from my car and have not reimbursed me. I have messaged them 7 times for an update and they still have not paid me.
As for the wash it is also a rip-off. I took my car for a full cleaning back on December 1st (when my mats were taken). I agreed to pay $350 for a full wash, shampoo of seats and carpet. They gave me $50 off, which I appreciated at the time.
I did not pick up the car, so I was not able to fully inspect it until the following day. I noticed it was a poor job done. I did not bother to complain to them about that because I can take my business elsewhere.
Shortly after I went to my trunk to look for my rubber matts because I had to wait a day for the carpet to dry. I then realized my matts were missing.
They stated they "placed them in a different car" and that I had to reorder my own matts and they were going to reimburse me.
This is now 4 months later (I had to wait to receive my matts before they could pay me back and I received them on Feb. 26) and I have yet to receive the payment for the matts.
I have one person helping me through the process. However, when I spoke to someone else on the phone, she completely lacked customer service, claiming she did not know anything about my case (which I understand, but fix your customer service skills because that goes a long way).

A rip off! I called ahead to see if they offered engine cleaning because my car was leaking oil. The lady on the phone said they did. I specifically told the men I needed the engine cleaning to detect where the leaking was coming from. I took my car back to the mechanic only to find out the cleaning was half done! I paid $60 for a half done job!
