I had called asking about a live-scan and the young lady was very helpful over the phone. Christine was very knowledgeable about my dry hands, in another place they were not scan well and it delayed my job application. I highly recommend this place for people who have struggle with unclear fingerprint scan.

This establishment has great reviews because they call the people who leave a negative review and ask how they can make it better or if they can remove the negative post. I was asked to change my review, and the conversation was very condescending and rude. The person who called me didn't allow me to finish my sentences, and i felt I was trying to be brived to change this review to a positive one. I was offered a free service, if I took my post down or left a positive review. I felt there was a lack of respect as a potential customer.The environment there is negative, non welcoming, and their customer service is less than professional. They are rude and condescending. When I asked why their prices were so high when elsewhere was lower, they said that's how our prices are. This place is overpriced, and it's claustrophobic. They have 2 shower curtains in an L shape. No more than 1 person at a time. It costs $79 for a notary livescan where elsewhere is $67. I paid $67 at Liberty taxes off Valley and Atlantic.. they wrote on my paper and I had to get a new one. They have 4 stars because they give you a $5 discount if you leave a positive review of their services. I am. Not in competition with your notary services at all. I was just stating the facts about the live scan services. At no point did I mentiont the notary services. I received a call from your office and felt threatened. I didn't get my livescan done there due to high price, rude personel and lack of professionalism.

Running livescan background check for myself. Last minutes walked-in (4:35 pm). Filled out the form in 5 minutes and got the whole process done at 4:55 pm. (they closed at 5 pm.) Pretty efficient! And the price is really fair I think.
