I came here with an appointment and they still took almost 2 hrs to change my tire. So I wouldn’t come here if ur time is important to you. Also make sure to look at the receipts as I noticed they add all these hidden costs like tire disposal and tire installation package and state tire fee. I have never seen anyone charge me any of these fees before but I signed the paper and paid without looking at this.

Extremely slow service. It took them 2 and half hours to replace two front tires. All technicians move like snails. If they promise you 40 minutes, quadruple that estimate to at least 160 minutes. You get faster and better services at a private garage.

Wild place to say the least. 2 hours to get a tire changed when there were 4 mechanics and two empty bays. Brought my own tire to get it changed due to a flat, was asked for mileage of the vehicle. When asking how long the process would take was told about a Half hour. Come back from getting food they’re checking under my hood. Never knew a flat tire could come from my engine bay. Although the inspection was is greatly appreciated, an inspection should be done of the mechanics working on the vehicles, when the wheel installing was finally done and my spare was given back I noticed the hubcentric ring that’s supposed to go on my wheel was still in my trunk. When asking the mechanic if the wheel fit correctly they responded with Yup all good. The fact that there was an absolute chance they were going to let me drive off their lot with an unsafe installation of the wheel is INSANE. Was it my fault for not noticing the hubcentric ring of my after market wheel fell off when he grabbed it from my trunk, yes probably, is it the responsibility of the mechanic to ask if there is a needed adapter when the wheel isn’t sitting flush and properly? I’d say most definitely. Knowing it was installed incorrectly and saying “No Wonder it seemed off” after handing him the hubcentric ring is baffling. Never again. Unsafe experience.

So today had battery lost power .I was across the Street from the tire shop. I wasn't buying a tire ..the young man can outside with portable battery to jumpstart me ..what a fabulous gesture of kindness.And business related,I will never buy from any other locations..I am now a just tire life time costumer ...thanks young man again I returned home safely

Great place, great service. Just got new tires and an alignment done for reasonable price! Staff is down to earth! Free water and coffee and cable tv in the lobby. Got to watch a couple episodes of a show I enjoy watching while waiting for my car to be serviced. Car ended up in great shape and drives smoother Than ever! Definitely recommend this place

This is the slowest Just Tires store in the neighborhood. Most estimates for service require at least 3 hours of wait if not more.

Alex was absolutely the most professional and helpful person. I had a blow out on the fwy and couldn't find any place that was open. When I called, Alex was kind and explained that he could help me no problem!! I highly recommend this location.

Christian the store manager has very horrible customer service. I come to this particular location all the time because it's usually a smooth process with getting scheduled service through a fleet company. Today wasn't the case. What seemed like a new employee was helping me so it was unnecessary steps I don't usually go through which is fine he is learning no big deal. Needed the headlight replaced and Christian whom was helping the guy Alex with checking me into the system immediately and quite rudely says they don't do that there. When I have had SEVERAL bulbs replaced here. When I say this to him he gets quiet and tries to ignore me. So I calmly wait as they try to check me in. It's then noticed Christian can't train Alex properly because he doesn't know what he is doing himself! After like 10 minutes of clicking and looking at his phone in between he calls someone on the phone to help with the process. It wasn't they don't replace bulbs there he just didn't know how to put it into the system for approval from the fleet company! It's only because I insisted he put it in the notes somewhere it got done. He kept repeating "if they approve it" like dude it's a headlight that's out they will approve it! Just put in into the request for service! Then when they finally get the request for service he acts like he didn't want the key lol. Again very rude tone while looking on his phone in between trying to help Alex. Alex wonderful because he is learning. Christian horrible customer service provided by a manager!

I made an appointment on line and ordered a set of tires for yesterday. Just before I left home yesterday, I received a phone message that the tires hadn't arrived yet and would I like to reschedule. I called back and spoke with someone who didn't seem real sure of himself, but he told me that he rescheduled the appointment. I arrived today and there was no record of the appointment nor were the tires in stock. I observed one employee playing with a toy while I was there. They offered to sell me what I assume were more expensive tires and I told them no . Don't go here. This place sucks. Bait and switch.
