A very unfortunate experience with booking a CT scan. I am willing to self- pay for a CT scan but the reception lady insisted that I need to submit insurance info and, if declined by insurance, then I can self- pay.This went around for about 10 minutes. I then asked if there is a way I can speak to a manager: I am willing to pay for the CT scan out of my own pocket, just want to schedule.I was told the manager is not in on Mondays.Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Ina cold Feb, The paranoid MRI technician asked me to strip downn including my socks which has never happened to me in my previous 11 or 12 MRIs. They had a moonlighting Radiologist who’s not even on the staff to read my scan. when I requested the MRI to be redone , the radiologists acted absolutely untheical and lied about the scan. He even called The young orthopedics who ordered the MRI to cover up just because there was a potential lawsuit for my injury. the report showed no damage as if my ankle is completely healthy.Almost five years later, I cannot even walk a block without pain. every night I have to put on extremely expensive topical gel on the inflamed foot ankle and leg . otherwise I cannot fall asleep, I became almost completely homebound .In 2019, the orthopedics at USC told me I have nerve damage which confirmed the findings from the Pasadena orthopedics. Do not to fall in this trap! it’s dirty business and all a cover up!

Friendly staff. Joanne was Very helpful. They were able to help me get appt asap. Husband had procedure done and said it was easy, fast and everyone was professional.

This place is so unprofessional. I called to make a CT appointment. Over the phone they told me to come check in at 1215 for a 1230 appointment. When I get here the lady in the front tells me that my appointment isn't till 120. Not sure how that happened, so I come back at 1 because the lady in the front said there is only 3 patients in front of me and they might call me sooner. I came back at 1:05. As I'm walking in another patient who wasn't here before me just got called. It is now 1:35 and still in the waiting room. This is such horrible service.

Absolutely atrocious service. How many times do I have to contact you to get my imaging results released from an MRI that was taken in may? I keep getting told that my results will be released.

We had very comfortable visit and extremely good experience from the appointment setting till the end to get the test result. Thank you for all the front desk staff. They are very nice, friendly, helpful and considerate. Especially thanks to Yolanda, she is the best person that we ever encountered in the medical offices. She is very helpful, efficient and thoughtful. What a beautiful person with great personality. God bless her.

Grave Warning to all! Don't go to this facility. It is totally s*** inhumane place! The MRI technician's male assistant didn't give us any kind of help either! I also explained my mom's medical condition extremely scaring the cold when all including the front desk woman were at present. We also told them my mom entered emergency hospitals many many times and got three time MRI tests in the site located in 707 S Garfield ave, Alhambra. All of them understood my mom's special medical condition and need and allowed all kinds of tests for my mom without removing clothes. Then we clearly asked them to tell your MRI technician the situation, but neither the assistant or the front desk woman took one second to inform. The assistant obviously showed impatience and left without saying anything, ,the front desk woman also took no action but let us leave after listening to my mom's hospital experience and request, and the MRI technician never showed up from beginning to end! What a horrible and inhumane service provided by this s*** site in Monterey Park,CA!
