Came here after a visit to Monterey park. Thought there would be some good deals but actually seems rather more pricy compared to other Chinese markets. Interior isn't as clean as ranch 99 but they have a good variety of Chinese groceries. Got the ribbon noodles, purple sweet potato, live clam, squid, and some enoki mushrooms. The live seafood area was very entertaining to me, live crab, HUGE turtles, and FROGS! poor frogs looked so stressed who can't be helped, stacked on top of eachother.

Dirty, unfriendly workers and staff wearing slippers while stocking the vegetables. Thiis supermarket has gone from bad to horrible now. My mom only comes here for the pork soft bone because this is the only market around that sells it. Besides that, I wouldn't have come here. The floors are uneven and hard to walk on. I honestly feel that this supermarket needs a remodel because it seems to violate a lot of health code issues.

Very convenient supermarket; nice clean store with a wide variety of grocery and produce. There are always workers working / stocking/ cleaning in the aisles and are very helpful if you have questions. Produce, meat products are all fresh and good quality. Many items often go on sale with weekly specials. Overall a very good convenient supermarket.

I won't do the whole compare prices and whatnot - this is a smaller grocery store which I believe was bought out and now part of the Good Fortune chain. Pro: - I want to say their specialty compared to nearby groceries is fresh mushrooms! Never have I seen so many different offerings of mushrooms. This is my go-to for cheaper mushrooms and also things you cannot find elsewhere like small king oyster mushrooms (which is just easier to prepare than the typical size) and oyster mushrooms (different taste and look than king oyster mushrooms, these are more leaf-shaped if I had to describe it). - not too hard to find things - I found a teo chew sauce that my mom said was new on the shelves somewhere else, so they are able to obtain interesting niche items Con: - The rice noodles are held in the refrigerated area, so even if they came fresh, they somewhat harden over time for being so close to the freezer. - because it's small, it just doesn't have some ingredients like Tom yum soup mix - not a huge snack section, but has some things in front for seasonal like certain holidays - there isn't a fresh soybean (tofu and drink) section as far as I can tell Though it seems I wrote more cons than pros, the mushroom section just is that epic! I can go many places for the snacks, Tom yum mix, and fresh soybean, but I don't know of places that has that mushroom selection!

Shelves are really disgusting and the floors are never cleaned at all. Restrooms are very dark, dank, and sketchy at the end of the store though usable that I have used in the past. One particular employee said, "$5 and let us hold your ID" to use the restroom as a deterrent. Prices for fruits and vegetables have gone up, the area is always loud with ambulances, cracked pavement parking lot that damage tires, and some of the employees do not really care about their jobs. It's sad to see mpk in the state and careless leadership that it has been in, I easily often considered it one of the best communities in the world until recently.

I found this random grocery store when I was eating at P P Pop. They share the same parking lot. It's catered to Chinese customers. Thankfully they have signs in English. I feel like their prices are generally lower than that of 99 Ranch or 168 Market. Produce, meats, and seafood looked ok. They sell turtle here...(to eat)! NGL that freaked me out but then I remembered it's their culture and to each their own. I'm not judging. They have a small bakery at the store entrance. I saw their shelves full of baked buns, pastries, and toast.

Interesting experience as a non-Chinese speaker. We had fun looking around after our dinner at P P Pop. Lots of fresh fish, packaged goods and fruits and vegetables. Seems like a popular after-dinner spot for other PPPop customers. Plenty of free parking front and back of the store.

This is an Asian supermarket with a lot of imported food, and local fish, meat and fresh vegetable products. I enjoy looking and buying something new, like a vegetable, crackers, cookies or candies.Their fresh produce is outstanding with good prices.

I wish there is an option for 0.It says closing time is 9:15 pm. We arrived at 8:23 pm and the security refused to let us in. If you can’t open to a certain time, simply do not have misleading info on the web. What an awful business model!
