“When I go to the Home Depot I always go through the Garden Center because Maria the cashier always welcome you. When I am ready to check out, I go to her and she is so patient and helpful. She even remembers things you spoke to her that had happened to you as asks how things are going now. She makes you feel as if you are the most important customer i the store. She deserves five stars alone!”

“I went to buy a bottle of self-spray paint. The two cashiers I met at the checkout were very nice and provided enthusiastic service. I happened to have 1 dollar left in my wallet, so I gave her a tip. I was very satisfied with her service. But the young male salesperson was very impatient. He kept complaining from the beginning when I asked him about the color of the self-paint. Although I couldn't understand what he said, it felt like the customer owed him eight hundred dollars.”

“Great store. Obviously the exterior is really cute and old timey, but the inside is great too. Reminds me of local hardware stores I'd go to with my dad as a kid. The vibe and smell is nostalgic. I was looking for a kind of specific little hardware piece- I brought one for example and the attendant walked me over, and helped me find it. He was diligent and patient, and taught me what the actual thing was called. (A hitch pin, if you're curious) I was able to buy just a handful just as many as I needed, and was on my way. I honestly would love another reason to visit but I'm just glad this place exists”
“This is a throwback to the old fashioned Hardware Store from years ago, before the big box stores (Home Depot, etc) showed up. Fifty years ago, there ware half a dozen of them in the local area, now just two that I know of... I stopped in here recently for a special item.Noticed first that they have EVERYTHING .. the store is packed with every kind of item. Next, there was alot of helpful bilingual staff for such a small shop. Also noticed quite a few contractors in the aisles, shopping for hard to find items. I've been back several times now ... more conveniently located than the local big box places.”

“Mmmmmm, my electrician friends, there is a great variety of tools, not to mention the material, the most important thing is really everything, but in this store they have 12/2 250-foot Romex wire at an affordable price. It is $85 dollars plus taxes. I recommend it for us electricians who work. On your own. Economical prices, excellent kindness.”

“Great selection for a store its size. The fasteners selection is especially comprehensive. Staff are always game to help problem-solve when an odd DIY question comes up. Doesn't have the options of a big box store, but worth trying your very local place before going to the orange one! My recollection is that they don't accept cards for transactions under $5 - good way to get rid of change.”

“Well, it has things at a very good price compared to Home Depot and well organized. There are some tools that are not good quality, but if they get you out of an emergency, for example, if I use a drill that costs less than 60 dollars and Home Depot costs 130 and I don't have money, it's a good option for me, I'm 60”

My issue with Eagle Tools, is their markup.
They have products that have been on the shelves for a very long time. They mark them up to current prices on basically on old stuff, therefore creating enormous profits.
Call them on there markups, they can very be expensive.”
“This past weekend I came here to pick up a couple One-Step Folding Stool in grey or white color. I normally don't shop at Harbor Freight Tools (HFT) so I didn't know where tools and stuff are located. I was running late on time and didn't want to waste any more time walking through the aisles, hence, I asked the staff for assistance. The lady was nice to direct me to the correct aisle. I only saw the stool in black color. I went back to the lady and asked if she can locate the stores that have the grey or white stools. She was kind to do a look up for me. Thanks for the extra attention and care!HFT in Commerce had 5 grey ones in stock. HFT in Culver City and Pasadena both had 1 white one, but no grey ones. You know what that means... I'm heading to Commerce LOL. Before doing so, I called HFT Commerce and spoke with a staff member to reserve 2 grey stools for me. They were willing to do so. That is what customer service is all about. Thank you!HFT has so many tools and stuff. Too bad I'm not much of a handy woman (but I can be if I need to be or I just pay the professionals to get the task done LOL), otherwise, this place would be fun to hang out at on a Sunday afternoon LOL. Anyway, if you need tools, HFT is the place for you! Happy Tool'ing!”
“I give this business 5 stars! They didn't initially have the product I was looking for at their site, however it was in another sites location quite some distance from me and I ride public transit....u get the picture.At this juncture Mrs. Eppi Thong could of wished me luck and told me to have a nice day......however that's not what actually took place and I won't go into extreme detail but Mrs. Eppi Thong not only had the product I was looking for transfered to her site location in Santa Fe Springs but it was there in two business days at no out of pocket cost to me, which is a big deal I'm a new small business owner so every dollar counts. It left a high standard of excellent customer service and I only hope to have her skills and abilities in my working with other business owners as I venture out to represent my window cleaning business and the way I hope to deal with several others in the future. Great experience here, I will return in the future soley on my minimul interactions with Mrs. Eppi Thong.”

“Super convenient, well stocked, helpful service from a wonderful local hardware store. I had a leaky shower valve to fix and the kind lady helped me step through the items that I needed to complete the repair. Fortunately the store is not far away, so going back and forth to the store while diagnosing the issue wasn't an issue. A HUGE plus for this local gem of a hardware store. The parts and tools I purchased were of good value and made in Taiwan. Fixing the leaky shower was made much easier by this store. If one is close by, I recommend stopping here first to find parts and small supplies for your DIY repair.”
