We used Exact Tax services this year and couldn't be more satisfied with their work! Everyone was so professional, helpful and friendly, that it really left us pleasantly surprised. It is super easy to get in touch with anyone there and to reach out for any questions you might have. They are literally always available to answer! They are very fast and efficient and we've got everything done in a few days! Thank you very much Nathan, Josie, and the entire team! Hopefully, we'll meet again next year!

They get 1 star for filing my taxes and -4 stars for charging me more than my husband and blaming inflation. You’d think they’d give you a discount for being a repeat customer but instead their price goes up every year.

2022 was a rough year for our family, with one twist of financial fate after another. By tax time I was so exhausted and confused I couldn't get my head straight. Staring a my folder of scanned paperwork, I decided TurboTax will not cut it anymore. Honestly I have such bad experience with CPAs, I picked Exact Tax because I wanted someone who speaks Cantonese. Even though I've been American for decades, I needed the refuge of the mother-tongue - that was how stressed I was. Boy was I lucky with my choice - Mary understood my situation right away, and came up with a satisfactory solution in 1 meeting. She was calm, methodical, and professional, and when it was finished, it was a better result than I expected. The peace of mind Mary gave us was invaluable, and I didn't end up needing to speak Cantonese after all!I highly recommend Mary and Exact Tax and believe I'll be using their services for years to come.

I went to Exact Tax for pension rollover information after having switched jobs. Jerry was very thorough in outlining the different outcomes I could choose and what the implications are. He was very knowledgeable and clear with answering my questions as well. Will def go back to him for tax advice

Mary is an excellent and extremely knowledgeable tax accountant. I have been going to Mary for 8 years. Two years ago I moved 2 hours away but I make the drive to see her and will continue to do so. Mary asks the right questions resulting in positive outcomes even when I didn't expect to have deductions. Then she is very patient as I retrieve the requested documents online. Mary is very friendly and never hesitates to thoroughly explain answers to tax questions.

Wow a few bad comments bad very bad.. I'm looking for a professional tax office.. I don't care bout the driving as long as they do the job but I don't think I can handle rude,arrogant unapologetic staff .. well .. I'll keep looking I guess...

I chose Exact Tax, Inc. based upon all the positive Yelp reviews. At first, I was hesitant because the receptionist had difficulties understanding me. I realize that this business is located in Monterey Park, where the majority of the people are Asian and followed by Hispanics. I am completely appreciative of hiring employees who speak other languages that pertain to the location of the business. When I met Mary Wong, I was elated that we didn't have a problem at all understanding one another. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Mary Wong.

My husband and I met with Mary for a tax consultation. She answered all our questions, provided feedback and overall was helpful. She is honest and fair. I'll definitely keep her in mind for future tax work. Some tax businesses appear to be after the customer's money and may hold back on information. Mary's business prides on being transparent.
