Disappointed with the customer service. Being put on hold for 15 minutes is not reasonable. Calling a second time and being put on hold is a lack of customer service training.

The absolute worst customer service out of all schools in the LACC district. They don't read notes on book orders, causing them to make mistakes, which delay orders way past the semester start date. The phones are hardly answered, and it's just about the same for emails sent regarding the orders placed with them. They refuse to take accountability for how they screw up and try to blame it on the way the order was placed. I can not stress enough how useless and incompetent these people are. It is absolutely ridiculous. Absolute peasantry.

Get all my books here, if it's not in stock (just ask) and they'll order it for you...or see if another local LACCD has it in stock. Pretty helpful staff. You can even call before you drive down there for a stock check. I give them five stars just for the helpfulness of their staff.

Pregnant lady is rude. They don’t have textbooks in stock. Had to wait over a week for a new order of DSM-5s to come in and lucky still got the last one. Grad caps are cheaply made. Had to ask for another and that one had scratched/stretched material. Won’t sell students a 10cent bag.

Letty the lady at the bookstore is very rude and incompetent I told her not to give me attitude because I don't tolerate such disrespect. Usually staff are very nice and friendly and very helpful but she was not helpful.I hope she gets fired some day and ends up homeless living under a bridge and rotts to death.

Great customer service. The lady at the registry was very attentive. I noticed the shelves somewhat empty. May be because the books can be downloaded, idk.

It was such a beautiful store. It felt cozy and magical as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of books, herbs, oils and just about everything else.

Every time I come here, I feel as if I'm rubbing elbows with Ginsberg and Kerouac. It's an experience both humbling and revelatory. I've never felt more like there was so much to know and so much I didn't know than during my first visit here. It was great. We all should feel like that some time, you know?
