I purchased a 2004 Ford F-150 left front caliber from Amazon from this company. I waited for days to receive it and was unable to use my truck til then. The package comes and I have no idea what they sent. Instead of getting the full refund of $64.99 they charge me for shipping it back. Why should I have to pay for shipping it back when you sent the WRONG item. Beware when ordering from this company.

We placed an order with this company through Amazon. We recieved only one item not both. We paid for both! Now we haven't recieved any response from this company through email or by phone.

Parts aren't of even mediocre quality. they last 2 to 3 weeks. Then you will be waiting on a tow truck. Dont cheap out. Go ahead and buy the OEM.

Excellent Customer Service: Delivered improperly manufactured, correct six-button keys (2) for Chrysler Town & Country. I photographed circuit board of original & their replacement key blanks with missing chip – remote keyless entry chip – resulting in buttons NOT working after programming. Consider, THEY are merely the distributor. Although I did not contact them for seven months after receiving keys, during initial days of CoViD pandemic, they approved refund of all charges immediately and Amazon deposited the total in my account within three days of contacting Drivestar. THAT gets them ALL the stars!
