Garbage managers, garbage store. Staff is rude and the lines are long. Don’t spend your money or time here.

I shop at this location weekly. Recently they took away the baskets and only have the carts to use . Why? For customers that do not buy a lot, using the basket instead of pushing the cart around the store is needed.

Went in today for balloons and a lady that was at register really rude why even work here if you don’t want to do your job came out of there with no balloons I guess she didn’t want to inflate them never coming to this location again

Normally, I like this store. But not all of their products are good. I've bought 4 different types of night lights on 4 different occasions. 1 worked for a week or two then stopped working. The next 3 lights barely lasted 24 hrs. I can't return them (at all) once it's been opened. But how do you know if it works w/o opening it and trying it? I'm not a big snack person and their drinks are hit or miss. Sigh

Cashier Ash forgot to place an item that I paid for. When I returned to the store she insisted on looking at my receipt when the transaction had taken place less than 15 minutes prior. She claimed the item "fell on the floor" that's why it was not in my bag when I arrived home. Instead of making it seem as the customer was the blame in this situation she should have acknowledged that SHE FORGOT TO PLACE THE ITEM IN THE BAG AND NOT REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR A TRANSACTION THAT ASH DID HERSELF. If I myself dropped the item out of my bag I could have understood, but my husband and I were looking at the FLOOR BECAUSE A BABY LEFT A PACIFIER that WAS STILL THERE when I returned. NOT ONLY DID I SPEND MORE IN GAS TO MAKE A DOUBLE ROUND TRIP the entire Dollar Tree staff supported this POOR customer service!
