Don't come to this store! ! The staff here are very very unprofessional! ! ! ! I asked for a replacement physical sim card, and the employee asked me to give her a number to receive text messages. I gave her my sister's number. Who knew she canceled my sister's esim and changed it to a physical card and paid $11, and then also My sister's and I's numbers were exchanged, which resulted in my sister's phone having no signal and SOS status. When I went back to change it later, I was asked to pay another $11 to buy multiple physical SIM cards! It turns out that the sim card is invalid and cannot be refunded! Why should consumers pay for your unprofessional operating errors? Finally, I called customer service to complain. Don’t be afraid of trouble. Be sure to call customer service. Remember not to come to this store to handle any business! Very unprofessional! ! ! !

Terrible customer service with on-going arguments that lead no where. If there was an option to put 0 stars I’d do so but the fact that the store was open on Easter makes it deserve a star. Instead of trying to solve our problem through the chip the worker was forcing us to purchase a phone explaining that the phone is old of 3G, therefore it is useless. When new customers arrived the worker totally ignored us.

Rosa was the person working when I got there and whatever this person is making isn't enough she needs a raise. What an attentive diligent and fast working employee. Five stars really go to her. Working the store by myself she helped two preceding customers, me, AND dealt with a rep from Motorola. The store was clean, the hours signage was clear and legible.Note, not all of the product signage inside is in English, but I don't think that's bad. Definitely good for speakers/readers of Chinese! Rosa was adept at both switching back and forth to help everyone, and ALSO getting product samples, products, and accessories for each of us. Didn't confuse a single transaction or forget a detail and went the extra bit to even switch her register systems when it was being a little jank!Rosa 10/10. Cricket was pretty good too. My new mobile hotspot is working wonderfully so far, just like my Cricket service plan which has served me well the last 7+/- years.

went there asking international texting service and the Asian lady was not helpful and rude. I looked it up online and it said cricket provides the service that's why i came. However, she was eating her snacks in front of me the whole time when i was asking for help. She told me they don't provide international texting service and there's no way that i can do it. It seems like she doesn't even care about her job and doesn't know who to deal with customer service.

The young female worker Yun is poorly trained and not knowledgeable. Her supervisor should be blamed. I noticed that there is a $3 charge for "service plan protection" on my invoice for a phone upgrade, which was not told to me in advance. First she told me not to look at that and that it was irrelevant. Then I found out that this charge was included in the invoice total and asked her whether this charge was recurring. She said this was a one-time charge. I asked her whether she had any brochure or flyer explaining this service plan. She said no. She said there is a 1-month "thing" but she was not sure what exactly it was and _guessed_ that if I broke the phone within a month, I could have it replaced for free. Later on, I called Cricket's 8002742538 number in an attempt to find out. Cricket's stupid voice recognition program just recycled a bunch of menu items but failed to understand what I said. Finally I said "Representative" and it purported to transfer to some humans but then it again asked me to input some number and transferred back to that idiotic robot. CRICKET SUCKS. Subsequently I went to Cricket's web site, which seems to say that the Cricket Protect plan has a monthly charge. No one ever told me how much exactly the monthly charge was (the $3 probably is a prorated amount) and how long they would charge me. And no one ever got my consent and explained to me what it was. Yun asked me to give her a score of 10 when I received a survey call about her service; money would be deducted from her wages even if I gave her a 9. Well, I don't think she, her supervisor/manager, and Cricket deserve even a 9. The store is also poorly run. About a dozen phones were on display but none of them seemed to work. And no model info was displayed next to the phone. I tried to take a look of what the phone I planned to buy was like but had to give up. Yun did not have any clue either except saying that it would be like my old phone. Those display phones are there to collect dust, I think.
