“I love F&A. My parents opened my account since I was born and I have been with them for over 40 years. They are quick to answer calls. Currently I have my mortgage, savings, checking, credit card and IRA through them. Everything is always quick. Even though I have moved over 3 hours away from the branch I do not switch due to the best rates and service. Everything I do is online or over the phone with them and I have not had any issues. I have banked with two other banks as well but F&A has definitely been the best.”

“I had an appointment at this Logix branch to open a new account and this was the closest branch to San Diego. So, I had a bit of a drive. However, I digress, and this review focuses on the following: (1) parking; and (2) service. PARKING LOT Keep an eye out! There is a parking lot behind the building, but it is next to a parking structure. The signage is small for the parking lot for Logix customers, and it looks like it's only for employees because of the size of the lot and the gate. I would have liked to know in advance where to park because the bank validates for its customers that park on the smaller lot. However, I parked in the structure because it looked more convenient and it was not too expensive. Logix does not validate parking in structure. SERVICE When I got inside, there was a receptionist that took my name and confirmed my appointment with Eduardo. I was early and she said it would be about 30 minutes, but Eduardo finished early and assisted me within minutes of my arrival--before my scheduled appointment. It took no time to open the account. Everyone was really nice at this location. All the customers inside the branch were either being helped or seemed to have been helped and waiting for an appointment. Logix had a lot of staff that were working hard to assist the customer. It never felt like customers were waiting on the employees to get through a rush of customers that weren't being helped. Quite the opposite. In conclusion, based on my current experience, I recommend this Logix branch.”

“I've been with Cal Bear Credit Union for a few years now, and I cannot say enough about the professional experience I have received.Member Service Officer Daniel Rincon raised the bar with his utmost professional expertise and determination in getting a loan approved for my son. Since I'm a member, I referred my military son to Mr. Rincon. His overall professionalism and rates were better than the military credit union offered my son, and he was approved in less than 24 hours.My son was stunned. I wasn't because I had bought a vehicle before with the help of Mr. Rincon, and the rates were unbelievable. My son shared the rates with his Sergeant, and the Sergeant couldn't believe the rates Cal Bear offered.Overall, another excellent and professional experience working with Mr. Rincon at Cal Bear. Mr. Rincon, thank you for your hard work and dedication. My son and I are very grateful, and now you have customers for life because I know this is my son's first purchase of many more. “I have been a member of this credit union for over 15 years. I love the personnel. They are very friendly, helpful and patient. Sometimes the lines are long and only one teller at the window or they have to close for lunch due to a shortage of staff. Overall, this credit union has great APRs for cars, houses, savings, loans, and checking accounts. Easy parking.”
“I love my credit union. I have been using this credit union before they were at this location and before I had children. The one big problem with this location is that the parking for credit union members is usually taken up by people that are not using the credit union. I've never had to park on the street before behind the parking lot but I have had to do that recently. When I am conducting business and money transactions, I don't wanna have to park that far away from the banking institution. I have watched people come out of the Sylvan learning business that have had their cars parked in the member parking only spots for over 20 minutes or longer. They just sit there and don't move their car. I feel that this could be remedied by one person having their car towed but also putting on the signs that there is member parking only from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Saturday. I want to bring new business to the bank in form of my mom but I don't wanna have to park across the street if she needs a space that is close to the bank. I really really hope that this parking situation gets corrected. Because the tellers know me and I know them and this is a wonderful credit union. I feel that it is the management that needs to take care of the problem that I have. But I don't believe I am alone in This.”

They run your credit to open bank account which I found odd but they have great interest rates for their customers so it's worth it. We were done by 30 mins. We had filled out most information online so it made it quicker.”

“I enjoy banking with this convenient location. The tellers are always attentive, personal and eager to help. Recently, I had a special financial transaction I wanted to do in which I had to make an appointment with a specialist. She made a comment and said "I recall reading an email where I can actually do this for you..." This was added information she gave me that was going to save me so much time and effort to complete the transaction. She asked if I had a few minutes for her to confirm it. She found the correspondence, researched it in a special book she pulled out, confirmed it and got approval with the manager to do the transaction. I couldn't believe how happy she made me! So glad I said goodbye to the big bank Nextdoor!!”
