Kathy always has the biggest smile and the warmest demeanor. Fortunately, when I visited today, she was there. The store consistently carries the products I purchase and offers better prices than the app. I will continue coming here.

The fat lady with short hair cut and with silver dirty blond hair treated customers like nothing,her attitude like only she is the only professional in the whole world ,she trying to pretend she owns the company!Why you work here if you are not willing to help???and she will said no plastic bag on purpose!!!!

I’ve given this location a lot of chances in thought of maybe they are busy but I don’t think they’re that busy to not be able to help or depending on who you’re talking to. Even going into the store or paying they’re not friendly.

I'm very upset about the way we were treated on our last visit. We were followed around like criminals and questioned about our membership. The cashier said it was OK and took our money. I was so uncomfortable with the way they were tailing me and rushing us out, I forgot two items I needed for the job I was about to do. I didn't get the icy white, so I tried to make my own. It stained the hair and left it spotty. I'm so upset with these woman! Kathy used to recognize me. What changed?

Well this was a unique experience... I had 1 of the employees literally walking behind me, a blonde older lady... meanwhile I read some of the labels and looked through the products she was waiting next to me for to put the items back ... and when I did place them back, she rearranged them as she told me to move so she could stand in front of me.. I felt harassed, and really uncomfortable, I should have read the reviews before I came to this particular store.

The workers here have nasty attitudes. As many reviews have stated, the workers here are racist to those that aren't Latino. I was told to back off in a very aggressive manner when I was helping to translate for a Chinese customer. She was overcharged by this business and was just trying to fix the situation but the workers here were giving her a hard time.

I come here cause it's close. The woman here freaken hover over you like your gonna rob the damn store. Ever isle I went down they go down the same isle. They stare at you like hawks, sorta weird and I hate coming here cause it's weird. I pay for all my products I wish they just back up and let me shop in peace.

Today I went into the store and the women that were working were very rude and unprofessional. Cosmoprof in Montery Park has the worst customer service and the employees attitudes are horrible, they are judgemental of your appearance and not helpful at all Service is really bad I will not be coming back here
