I stopped in for some items and when I walked into the self checkout and cashier area, it reaked! The disgusting stench of I don't know what it could have been urine. It was so strong and penetrating that it almost made me puke. I wanted to run out as fast as I could. I could not wait to get out of that store. I didn't want to touch anything I don't know how the employees work there, no wonder their wearing masks. It's truly a health and environmental hazard to be breathing that as a customer and for employees. No way will I be returning to that store. The odor needs to be addressed immediately. Needs to be cleaned and sanitized. For the sake of the employees and unknowing customers it needs to be addressed. Supper disappointed

Per CDC, COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for everyone ages 6 months and older in the United States for the prevention of COVID-19. They don't even have it for infants. Then why have it and online for scheduling saying it is for 6 months and older

The worse pharmacy of my life. Waited in line for 20 mins only to find out they were still working on it. Literally left the line and my name was called within 2 mins. Had to wait back in the long ass line once again. They need a better system! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!!!!

PharmacyI was helped by Ana today and was very satisfied with the service she provided. She was polite, welcoming, respectful, and made sure that all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond by making sure I knew what the papers and screens read when I picked up my medication, catering to my visual disability. Most significantly and admirably, she corrected an internal error that could have led to me taking the wrong medication home (one with a similar name). Her superior attention to detail prevented any potential damage to my health. In sum, I am beyond grateful for Ana's service. Every business needs more employees like her. Thank you!

I went to the emergency room and they sent over my prescription to this cvs because it's 24hrs. I waited over 12 hours and nothing! So I called asking what's up. They said well since you don't ever come here we didn't go ahead and proceed with the order. Like wtf! How about you call and ask if it's correct or an error so you can do your damn job! Not to mention I picked up a prescription from this cvs 2 months ago! Clearly you don't care about people or you'd get their medications ready!!!!

You could be the only person in line and they will just look at you and ignore you, I stood there for 15 minutes until they actually came to the register to give me my medicine there is only a few good ones but most of them look like they hate their job/life ps Andrew is the worst

Two issues: First one was that I submitted a script and I was told that only 2 of the three meds were available. My option was to take the script with me or he would order the third med. no guarantee it would be delivered today and there are no deliveries on Saturday. I asked if another cvs had it and he said I don't know. Didn't offer any advice on how to source the med for my 4 year old that really needed it. Second issue when picking up the meds I asked if she could release what she just told me her response was just read the label. I dealt with two different individuals and I think they were both unprofessional. Crappy vibe from them overall. I found the third medication I needed down the street at the other cvs but I drove over there to find out myself and the very friendly girl that helped there said they could of called her to check if she had it. I imagine that's a courtesy call and not policy but a little effort would of been greatly appreciated.

This CVS pharmacy shows the symptoms of this country in general. Horrid customer service, rude clerks. If you hate customer service, I recommend not working in any customer facing profession. Give your job to someone who can keep his or her bad day to themselves.

Horrible pharmacy. They take a very long time to fulfill prescription. They don't even accept most insurance so you have to pay for medication out of pocket. Save time and save money, go to another pharmacy. HORRIBLE!

This is the go-to CVS. It's open 24hrs. Employees are helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. I can say I've had a bit of unpleasant ones but I get it. People have probably stole so much from this store that you just never know who is capable of doing such. With that being said.... If you feel like they have their eyes on you, don't take it personal. I'm sure a lot of us have felt like we had to be the chosen one at the moment they start making you feel like you're profiled as a thief.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service, rude and not willing to talk to customers. I understand they are busy but not everyone is in the medical field like I am. Not everyone knows medications yet they are quick to hang up the phone and cut you off mid questions. If you hate people, find another job.

David from the Pharmacy, rudest person ever!! Definitely not returning here for prescriptions. His supervisor needs to have a talk with him.
