Horrible service. Don't care for Tennant's. Trash has been piling up for a month and all they say is "we called them too" the only thing they manage to do is bullshit, because they certainly do not manage property.

I've gotten help from Chay before and I'm happy to say that it has been a great experience again this time. I refinanced my house and Chay and his colleagues are knowledgable and answered all my questions. He walks you thru everything with great professional approach...Chay worked with me side by side from day one to the day I signed all documents... He worked hard in getting me the best interest there is. Definitely recommend CHLV for all your real estate questions. Thanks Chay and thanks CHLV group for all the hard work you guys do!!!

My case was difficult and complicated due to personal reasons and due to the fact that my original bank had misled me. My sister had used Chay and referred him to me to help refinance my home. He was the best I have used in my ten years of owning my home. First, his service went above and beyond my expectations. My bank was being difficult and he walked me through all of the complications with patience, creativity and intelligence. One of the things I liked most about Chay is that he was so responsive. He was very good about calling, emailing, or texting me with a timely response whenever I had a question. Honesty is important when dealing in financial services. I never had any surprises with Chay and he always kept me appraised of what was going on during the refinancing process. I strongly recommend Chay to anyone who is looking for a smart, responsive, creative and honest real estate finance professional. As a side note, this is the second Yelp review I have ever written. I felt obligated to write this because Chay's services were so outstanding and a person of his professional caliber is rare to find nowadays.

The only thing I will probably regret buying a house and closing it is the weekly house hunting with Chay .I will definitely miss the chase.We took our time , he make sure that we find the right house for me and my family no matter how long it takes and i think it took us more than a year but its all worth it as I am very pleased and satisfied with my house , I never felt push or pressure on buying he sometimes tells me to hold out when i think i found a house that i like he is like a big brother looking after our best interest.His staff Julie and Sarah are very courteous and patience , coming from a medical field back ground i have zero knowledge on how to buy a house . I learned a lot trough the whole experience and looking forward purchasing my 2nd property with them.

I just completed a refinancing transaction with Chay and his company's assistance, and the experience has been as consistently professional and as painless as one can ask for when it comes to real estate related processes. In fact, my fiance and I have purchased a home with his assistance (him being my go-to person for the purchase and corresponding loan), a subsequent refinancing transaction for our primary residence, and, most recently, a refinancing transaction for our investment property. The level of customer service has been excellent for each transaction - Chay is knowledgeable and extremely diligent when handling the relationship and his staff and partners are very responsive to ensure the processes move along in a timely and smooth manner. While refinancing transactions can be somewhat painful due to the documentation requirement of the lender, Chay's team takes proactive steps to anticipate what's needed and provides any needed help to gather all the necessary documents to prevent undue delays. If I were to purchase, sell, or refinance a property in the future, there's no question whether I'd return to Chay and his team for assistance.

Chlv Group got us a mortgage on our new home. Chay, Julia and everyone there were extremely helpful in walking in us through the process, explaining each step and telling us what was going to happen next. When we saw that rates had fallen they worked with us to get us a better deal. Everything was handled in a prompt and professional manner enabling us to move up our closing date without any issues. Recommended.

Mr. Chay Huang helped me with the purchase of a rental property in 2012. I was impressed with Chay's patience, expertise, and his willingness to accommodate his client's needs. He helped me work through the complex real estate transaction and the loan process. I never felt pressured. When there were unexpected problems, Chay went above and beyond to help me. I felt I was in good hands. As a result, I did finally purchase my first rental property, which probably would have never took place without Chay. I would definitely recommend the Chlv group to my all my friends and family.

Mr. Chay Huang and I did a real estate transaction together in 2012 for a really beautiful house in a nice area of Arcadia, CA. From the very beginning, I found Chay was always very polite and pleasant. Any time I had a question or I needed help, he's always there for me. He tried his very best to accomdate whatever was necessary to move the transaction forward. As a result, we had a very smooth and happy business deal. Trustworthiness, listening, experience, and the focused pursuit of client's interests are what set Chlv Group apart. My late mother's banker referred Chay's services and expertise when she had some rather complicated loan questions and real estate issues. I was impressed by Chay's patience and manner in which he assisted my elderly mother and I remembered him when I decided to sell my first home 2 years later after that first meeting. After he handled the selling of my first house, I continued with his agency with the negotiation and purchase of my next house back in 2005. Recently, I decided to sell my house. There was no doubt in my mind to go with Chlv Group again. Even though I am currently living in the east coast, Chay handled the challenges with much ease. He even went beyond his scope of responsibilities to oversee the items I couldn't take care of physically.In the 10 years I have known Chay through all my real estate and loan needs, he had not steered me wrong in ways of advice and all my experiences has been positive. He is never pushy and he takes the time to listen to your concerns and needs. I not only have an excellent agent but also someone I call a friend.

I bought a house last year and did all the paperwork myself...that was a disaster! If you don't want the hassle of sending the bank the same document 5 times within a week or calling them once a day to see if someone is looking into your loan, definitely get an agent! And I would recommend Chlv Group, Inc to anyone and have already to two of my friends! We worked with Chay and he couldn't have made the experience any more pleasant. He was very reachable and always got back to us same day. He gave us advice from his experiences but I never once felt pressured into taking it and he was very accommodating to our preferences. We ran into some issues with the bank about our pool, not due to Chay's fault, but because banks are so crazy with their requirements now and Chay assisted the whole way. I felt he really cared and is straight forward. And when time is of the essence, that's exactly what you need.

I will recommend Chiv Group to anyone who is looking forward to buy a house. Chay helped me out the whole process and makes it look so easy that I do not have to worry about anything. Despite having some problem in the process (it was our fault), he is patient and helped us resolved it quickly. He is also flexible to meet anywhere, anytime, definitely very efficient! I recently completed a real estate transaction with the Chlv Group. They represented the buyer, but I did not have any agent representing me. Chay was very helpful in providing me guidance and advice throughout the whole escrow process. This was the first property sale I have ever been in, Chay was very patient with me.
