Price wise it's usually a couple cents more than the station across the street but this one is more well kept and has a cleaner inside if you need anything. Area still makes it a lil wonky to be around for too long but it's a solid go to. Employees are usually chill. no bad experiences here besides a couple people panhandling but every time I've been approached they're usually respectful and keep it moving after

I'm regular customer Chevron 2301 Atlantic Blvd Monterey park...I came in 4:30 pm to buy food and gas. I only had $100 bills. the woman clerk refused my business saying she had no change ..so I returned back an hour later..this time make clerk .again I purchased soft drink...lotto.. and g .your clerk refused no changeSo I went across she'll station where they welcomed my business

Fairly certain this gas station and the shell across the street are owned by the same owner who is clearly running an illegal monopoly on the gas station prices on this corner. Outright anti-competitive behavior and should be reported. You will never see a difference in the price among these two gas stations down to the penny changed at the same exact time. Owner is a crook. Both gas stations have horrible service and they don't need to have better service because there's no competition.

We were here like 30 mins ago and a gentleman closed the store for 15 mins and told us to come back because he needed to sweep. We came back, and we just left because I was asking the lady in the cashier if they had a certain item and she didn’t even let me finish my sentence, cut me off and answered NOOOOOOO with all the attitude and she didn’t even let me finish so didn’t even know what I was talking about! This is out go-to chevron but we are definitely not stopping here anymore

This has to be one of the worst customer service gas station in the area. Don’t like your job; go work somewhere else. Not to mention they closed for about an hour every evening. Clearly the owner doesn’t care loosing clients.

The cashier has the worst attitude: does not smile, does not say hello or thank you. She just stands there, feeling miserable. If you are so unhappy you should consider taking some classes and improving your life instead of being sad and rude...

Poor rude and very low intelect. My elderly father tried handing the cashier a 100 dollar bill and asked for a fill up on 5. The cashier refused to take the bill and demanded to know exactly how much he wanted on the pump. He said just put the whole hundred and she said what if it doesn't fit. My dad then says "I'll just come back for the change". The woman then said you need to tell me how much gas your car needs to which my dad responds I have no idea how much it need I know I need more than half a tank and wants a fill up on number 5. She ended up excepting 40 of the 100 dollar bill. The tank did not fill and we left. This woman simply did not want to have to work more via giving change back later. Either that or she needs to be taught what "let me get a fill up on 5" followed by being handed a 100. It means put the 100 on that number and I'll I'll back for my change.

Tried buying cigarettes in Extramile with my VETERAN ID card and interim paper license from DMV since my wallet was stolen. The lady at the counter refused to sell to me saying "she can't accept my ID's so rather than arguing with her, I returned to our car and told my boyfriend and his friend what happened. Our friend then went inside to give it a try since he has his DL but was REFUSED AS WELL since he came from our car. NEVER IN MY LIFE I've been denied at a store like that all because the lady at the counter just "wanted to have her own rules" for some reason. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED, A TOTAL WASTE OF OUR TIME AND EXPENSIVE GAS. SO MUCH FOR A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE to a 14year Navy Vet. Never again will I purchase anything from that location, that's for sure! Sincerely, A VERY DISRESPECTED SHERO.

Ran into the meanest cashier lady at this Chevron. I went up to the window at 12:25 and no one was there. I looked around the the front door and she was mopping. I waved and she said she was close until 12:30. So I waited and she came back at 12:33 acting huffy. So I asked for air for my tires and she kept saying she can't hear me. Even though I pointed at the air pump and all the other cashier's here know what that means, as its the only thing that direction of the station. So as I left she just stared me down as I walked away. But very rude and unpleasant.
