They should of close this brunch. Employees don't know what they are doing. Starting from the managers

There was a really rude counter lady that stall my precious time and I had to talk to the manager Kevin directly to get business done. I have also heard that their machines typically steal money or miscount so that is why I had prefer to use human service. It also helps them keep their jobs since a lot of people don't have otber skills to do anything else besides customer service jobs with artificial intelligence software technologies replacing everyone. I'm lucky to have learned software engineering skills and affiliate myself with the technology industry though it's good to be nice to the people without that level of collegiate university opportunity. I also felt profiled, stalked, and stared at for being a guy by their security team. Obviously almost everyone in that particular city has become paranoid and act like schizoprenics with mental decline after that thing that when some of their residents went whacko, so just be mindful and aware when visiting. Hopefully time will heal them up and they can move on with life. I'll review with more positives if things change- some people are still nice guys who deserve higher rating.

Banker is sick, christy and karina pass out the wrong information, try to get cashier check and change me $10, then I say how about just cash instead, and they suddenly said my account is closing cannot get cash. Cheating on me, then I go around and get cash at ATM instead. Make more ATM is better than hire those useless lady standing there with nothing, no customer service at all

Great customer service from every employee. From the moment you walk in, they greet you. They move quickly and are very helpful and informative.

I opened an account and chose to receive the disclosure docs via email. The banker gladly said ok. Today I received an email from Chase saying "you need to sign in to our Chase Mobile® app to confirm that you want electronic copies of the disclosures we discussed when you opened your account. " I have no intention to install the Chase app. I don't want to be forced to install an app. It is absurd that Chase choose not to just email the docs but instead force me to install their app.

I went there to open a new account. A person sat on the sofa but no sign-in sheet. I don't know whether I would be sitting there forever so I lined up to the counter. The wait was so looong that I decided to leave.

Why do they call it "Chase" bank?Because they do their best to politely CHASE AWAY customers.Like I'm surprised to be treated shabbily by a financial institution started by Aaron Burr?

Who knew that you can actually get personal service at a bank? I've been a customer at another bank for decades but wanted to take advantage of a promo Chase was having and set a a kids account. Michael was very accommodating and helpful and got me set up with an account and the app. He walked me through deposits via phone and was very service oriented. I went to this branch after the new Montebello branch was "too busy" to meet with me. I recommend.

Chase bank is as fake as it sounds. I was a victim of fraud last year and this chase branch did not want to help me recover my money. I spoke to the "supervisor" and I was told that once I authorized the transaction using zelle, there was nothing I could do. I explained my situation to him about being scammed and he said that since we are in a pandemic that most businesses are closing. That's understandable, but these people I zelled the money to are professional scammers. They create fake businesses. I also called the fraud department and they also did not want to investigate. The first thing I was told by the authorities is to "contact your bank." I contact my bank and the bank does nothing to help me as a customer. I am glad they automatically closed my account. I did not want to do any business with this bank anyways. This bank is a fraud.
