I was told over the phone I could do a walk in, my referral said I could do a walk in, and when I walked in I was told appointments were mandatory. I asked if I needed to do any preparation and was told no. When I arrived to my appointment, I waited for over an hour, received 1/2 x-rays, waited further, and then was told I would be unable to do the second x-ray due to my piercings. They took no accountability for denying there was any preparation I needed to do and told me to come back the next day as they managed to squeeze me in. When I came back the next day I was told that due to the error, I would not be charged my co-pay again. I was willing to let go of the experience as they did offer that turn around and lack of second charge, however I have now received a bill for the second co-pay and when I called they directed me to my insurance, even when I shared what they said on the second day about them not charging me. If you have the option to choose, choose any other imaging center.

Very rude people at the reception, asked me for insurance but they don't accept my insurance. Beware of double charge to the insurance and my payments by card.

The front desk mandarin speaker lady (no glasses dark hair ) she is being difficult. We had an appointment at the 9:00pm for my daughter. She didn't eat anything because of the ultrasound scan. We have insurance card and Healthcare card with the same name. I don't have a drive license with me. But I have a picture with my ID she still want me to go home to get it. She is questioning about the relationship between me and my daughter. Are you for real lady ?! Even policemen takes the picture ID as the identity. What's wrong with you! Once I back to the office they make us wait. Even people come behind us she let that patient go before us. They just give us a hard time! Worst experience ever!

Insurance ended up covering most of the procedure but this office never paid me back. They kept saying “we sent the check” but its been two years now and I never got anything. Extremely rude when I call to ask about it so I gave up. They kept just yelling “we sent it”. The right thing to do is just have me pick it up or something.

Front desk saw 40.00 on my insurance card and just billed me 40 for a "copay" meanwhile i was there from authorization from my pcp i didnt see any dr and it was not a specialist. Called my insurance they called over and asked why did they bill me? they couldnt give and answer and just to shut it up and get rid of the issue they told my ins to tell me to go back for a refund. i arrived and was greeted with confused looks and i asked for the billing person "jackie" and was questioned to why and what it had to do with. They got a hold of jackie who told them to give me a immediate refund. i was not told sorry or given any sort of explanation as to why i was billed i was treated very coldly and made to feel like i did something wrong for questioning their shady billing practice. They had no basis to bill me whatsoever. If you go here make sure they explain what the charges are. Front desk staff wasnt very nice or apologetic at all i never post on yelp but this got me angry.

Called to make an appointment because our doctor referred us to come here. This place earned their low rating for sure. Just the appointment making process is already pain in the rear. Appointment lady has a nasty attitude like she's queen.
