Great Big-5 location with a large stock of sale items. Often refereed to by other branches since they often have advertised items in stock when other stores have run out.

Mayra is very rude not once did she look at me while ringing me up to ask if I had found everything ok. But yet was staring at my husband and talking to him the whole time giggling and smiling when I’m the one at the register paying. I felt like I was invisible ignored me completely even handed the bag to my husband and wished him a good day but ignored me lol I’m sorry last time I checked I’m visable

They close till 9pm but still locked the doors. Still serving customers inside. The employees didn't bother opening the door for me. Bad Customer Service.

Walked in around 5pm Saturday, not at all busy. We were not greeted or asked if needed assistance. The assistant manager, a big guy unboxing in the front (pretending to work) and a girl at the register chit chatting and laughing away. My husband and I go to the back to look at some fitness gloves and heavy bags, no workers around. We pick up a slip for a big item and take it to the girl at the register. She asks us is someone bringing it to you? We are like who would bring it to us, there is no one around in the back just the three of you here in the front. She tells us that we are supposed to tell someone to bring it from the back. At that point I'm so infuriated and I just calmly tell her, well you tell someone. She tells the big guy who was standing around pretending to work, he goes to the back and comes back to his boxes and says nothing to us. We are standing there for a bit, when finally the assistant manger asks us what we needed. He goes to the back and finds that they only have the display item and if we want that one. I asked him to call another location and he only found it in the Downey or el segundo location. They have a sale and have a bunch of the slips in the back for just the one display item in stock, so ridiculous. Customer service here leaves much to be desired. Why as a customer do I have to work so hard to get some assistance. If the employees don't want to help and just want to be lazy, then items should be easier to access.
