I took the pants to change on Monday, and I agreed to pick them up on Thursday, and at 4 pm on Thursday, but I haven't started changing them yet, so I asked her when? She said it would take more than an hour. I said I would go to get a massage and get it back. It was about 6 o'clock. She said they were going to close the door at 6 o'clock. She squinted at you while talking. The key is her attitude, which is extremely arrogant. Others don't do it at all for a few days, and their attitude is so arrogant

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. They don't speak English if you call they will say "chines or mandarin and hang up! Also they will ruin your clothes. My BLACK dress had a busted zipper and they replaced it with a BLUE zipper which stood out from the black I also dropped off a purple dress that had a slight rip and I kid you not they did such a terrible job it's almost like they made it a point for me not to come back. (Message received!) I don't understand how they can treat people like this when I'm sure they've been brushed off for not speaking English at some point of living here.

Alterations are super cheap! I paid $5 each for three uniform scrub pants to be altered. Great value!

I needed to get my wedding gown altered a month before the wedding. I took it to beautiful professional bridal shops and they didn't really know what to do with it. Out of desperation, I took it here (recommended by my aunt). Yes, I agree this place looks messy and it looks nothing like the fancy bridal alteration shops. But I was desperate and I didn't mind the drive. To my surprise, the boss lady did an excellent job. Not only did she work on my gowns, I took my husband's tux here too. I wanted it to be more fitted but most professional suit alteration places would not touch the shoulders (apparently you can ruin the suit if they mess it up). Luckily the boss lady used to make suits in China and it was a piece of cake for her! Took 2 fittings to make it fit PERFECTLY (plus another time they messed up the pick up date. We showed up and the suit was untouched) but I'm not complaining! PS. The people who wrote negative reviews didn't even look like they got any work done here. *rolling my eyes* if you consider yourself high maintenance, good for you but stay away from most Chinese places in San Gabriel valley ;)

Not worth it. I guess the business or name of the business has changed. It's a dirty and smelly place, not sure they even understand what to do. I am afraid to leave my clothes with them.

Came here to have two pants hemmed. Even with my VERY limited Chinese I was somehow able to communicate what I wanted. They did a great job, just how I wanted it and it cost only $10 for both. Ladies working there were very friendly. Will definitely come back!

This might be a good place to take simple alterations like jeans/pants. However, I took a dress with sequins that was about 2.5 inches too long. The price was great($35). However the workmanship was super shoddy. There were loose threads all over the place and the hemline was uneven. I am too embarrassed to even post a pic of how messed up the dress turned out. My dissatisfaction fell on deaf ears due to the language barrier... I will be donating my never worn dress to my local Goodwill. Hopefully someone shorter than me will buy it and get it hemmed properly.

I had noticed they had all "five-star" reviews, so I brought my business pants here. When I went pick it the evening of the same day, I had to say it indeed deserves "five-star" review. 1. Fast. I was a little anxious because I had to get it cut the same day. They did it. I believed they might be able to do it even faster if I waited there :) 2. Of Good quality. The pants are now very good for me:) 3. Cheap. $6 for shortening. 4. Friendly. The lady was very nice to me, smiling and patient. One note: she may not be able to speak very good English, so bring a Chinese friend if necessary. She was very surprised when she heard from me that people all liked her on yelp (see how innocent and kind she is!). She even confirmed with me that the reviewers included both Chinese and non-Chinese - See how serious she is in helping the customers.

Went in to fix my maxi dress that I broke, and I asked them to help fix it. They asked my try on the dress in the fitting room that they had and to show them what was wrong, as well as what I wanted done to the dress. She told me that she could fix it, and then I switched back to the clothes I had on and gave her the dress. She wrote down a receipt and told me when I could pick it up. The price was $6 even. They were very nice. *The ladies speak mandarin *Cheap/ affordable *Cash only, I think.. Not sure.

I love this place. I live in the west side, but I rather take time to come here. The ladies here do great jobs altering clothing, pants...etc and the price is very reasonable compared to "traditional American alteration" in the west side. Plus you get to go to great Chinese restaurants and bakeries around this area. The service is not bad, but just remember this is not a Beverly Hills boutique store even the name has "boutique" on it!

My guy colleague told me he was bringing 25 pairs of pants to be hemmed after work. How cheap it is for hemming I asked. He gave me a grin and showed me his previous receipts. Dirt cheap. I have been coming here to have all my online ordered clothing taking in the waists, even meticulously have had all featured buttons secured. Gems painstakingly fastened and pre-shrunk lining trimmed so it won't show. Three ladies seating in the back with their sewing machines. Always have their chalk, pins and decades of experience showering you the minute you stepped out of the dressing room. Guys, you may be tempted to slide your foot into the size 10 red heels they left inside the changing rooms. Don't, the ladies can see you and may think you are a creep. Then, you bite your teeth and waiting for the price they are going to write on the ticket. First time for me was like waiting to see how much my speeding ticket is going to cost me. Magically, each visit was painless. Very affordable and you almost feel sorry for them not charging more. I gave them tips. Don't be an a** demanding alteration while you wait. Its not a sweat shop. Be nice and polite as they are elders. Parking is crazy but it's a huge parking lot. Try to park on the side streets. They speak limited English, so bring a Chinese friend will help. However, my boo seems ok going in by himself. If you happened to be heading to SGV for Sichuan or dim sum on Saturday, try this place out!
